I ordered fed x shipping thinking I would receive it promptly. It was ordered on a Saturday and supposed to be delivered on the following Wednesday. lost tracking capability as of Wednesday due to the package being handed off to USPC. Still have not received the item and don't have any way to track it. very displeased.

Hello, thank you for your business and letting us know about this, we apologize for the delay. The FedEx tracking shows a scheduled delivery date of 8/17 (tomorrow). All info will be updated in the FedEx system - one tracking number. USPS will not generate a second, or new tracking number. The shipping service selected for this order was Best Way (estimated 2-7 days) which resulted in FedEx SmartPost shipping. The order shipped 8/9 which makes today 7 days. The USPS system may be a little bit slow to update, especially if information hasn’t been passed along the SmartPost database yet. USPS tracking information may take a day or two (or more) to update – and it might even update only after your package is dropped off at the local post office or distribution center to go out for delivery. SmartPost packages that get delayed (including scheduled for delivery one day but then postponed) could be happening for a variety of reasons – all of them related to either the FedEx Ground delivery service being delayed or delays at the local USPS distribution/post office network. We will keep an eye on this as well from our end but we'd expect to see an update on the tracking info today or tomorrow. (UPDATE: Item delivered 8/17/21)

The SONARPHONE IS AMAZING !! My initial use was on my local waters and the learning curve was steep but easily managed. During the outing I met up with another angler, shared my excitement and my slave password. I'm now interested in the available Navionics charts for a spilt screen visualization on my android samsung A10e. A truly spectacular performance from a $140.00 unit.

If your product fails within 30 days of purchase, BOSS AUDIO Systems will gladly pay for shipping both ways, to repair or replace your unit. In this case, you need to contact us within 30 days of your purchase to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#). We use ground shipping with tracking numbers.
