I use Upper Level for web hosting and email. Very dependable service, never have problems. Billing is fair and simple. Upper Level makes it easy!

I have had UpperLevel hosting my website the entire 4 years I've been a VoiceOver artist. In that time there has never been a time when my website hasn't performed up to my expectations. In fact the only time I have ever had to call for tech support is when I was having a problem with something OUTSIDE of their responsibility. I couldn't get help from the relevant party, so I called NewLevel for help. Much to my surprise, I didn't get a phone tree, I didn't get someone who couldn't speak English, what I got was Brad himself! He is the one who answered the phone! He stepped up and pointed me in the right direction and I was able to get my problem resolved. As long as UpperLevel is in business, they will have me as a customer.

Brad and his team @ Upper Level are experts in all things IT and customer service. They've hosted my website for 5yrs and I've never had one issue! And, if I have a random question about email or other tech issues, Brad typically responds in a few hours. My business wouldn't work without Upper Level!

First of all, the product is excellent and extremely reliable. Support has been stellar - far above what I would ordinarily expect - I cannot say enough! Ever had a host "ghost" you? I have. I've been left hanging so many times. Or they are all about the money. Upsell, upsell, upsell. NOT HERE! Upper Level will let you know exactly how they can serve you best, and they don't try to sell you services you don't need. Moreover, they take the time to discover how to serve you best--even if you're not sure exactly what that is!
