There was a delay in shipping my order
There was a delay in shipping my order, but UpNorth immediately informed me of the delay and that it would be 3 or 4 days longer than anticipated. The communication was fast and much appreciated. When it did arrive, everything was perfect and I’m very happy with everything.

Sometimes things that appear too good to be true actually are Too Good and are True! Recently purchased a new jacket that had super low pricing that I thought was too good! Jacket arrived quickly. I am very happy with my purchase and will continue to shop from up north sports

Second order for Striker Products \
I ordered a pair of Striker bibs and they were just what I expected. The price was very good, no others could beat it! The shipment was made two days after I ordered it. Great customer support. Slow shipping
I sure would love to know how these people got their stuff so fast claiming fast delivery when I got an email from customer service stating it should ship by the end of the week when I asked. The end of the week? It takes you all an entire working week to get an order out? That’s assuming it ships tomorrow cause as of today (Thursday) it still has not.

Return and exchange very easy
We ordered a floatation Ice suit and had it in one day…unfortunately the bids were too big. We were given information on returning them for an exchange. The new bids came and fit perfect. All the people we came in contact with were very helpful and polite. Up North Sports is very nice place to do business.
