We recently had a new boiler and insulation fitted throughout our property.
The service was flawless from the initial survey right through to the final fit, the guys who done the actual work couldn't of been more helpful nothing was too much trouble for them.
Most important of all is the money I am now saving on my monthly outgoings.

Had a new boiler installed by Upgrade and Save, impressed by engineers , tidied up alot of old pipework which was connecting my old boiler, organised lads ,even hoovered up after themselves once they finished. 5 star start to finish would recommend!

BEWARE SCAMMERS!

The previous elderly owner of our property had Upgrade & Save allegedly install underfloor insulation. Less than a quarter of the area was actually done and they won’t rectify.

SCAMMED A VULNERABLE OLD MAN AND GOVERNMENT FUNDING

From the start of the upgrade everything went smoothly. The office organised the surveys efficiently.
All personnel were pleasant and good at their different jobs.
The appointments made were kept on time.
The two heating engineers who installed the new system were very skilled at their job and most pleasant people.
Nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
When the electrics were installed the two electricians made the job run very smoothly.

The guys who did the work were really courteous, friendly and made sure everything was clean and tidy during and after the work was completed. The company were great communication wise and were professional throughout. I'm really happy with the whole system and would highly recommend.

We were extremely satisfied with the standard of work.
The men were very polite and clean when working inside and outside of the home, fitting our solar panels.
We were really pleased they could fit all the switches in our existing cupboard with no damage to existing surround.

Just had solar panels and batteries installed by Upgrade and Save, a great company to deal with, the guys that did the installation were very polite, friendly and hard workers. They arrived on time, got stuck in and completed the installation on the same day and left everything tidy and clean. One thing I liked about this company was their no pressure selling unlike other companies. Thanks a lot couldn't of asked for better service.
