Disappointed with the Shoe Quality – Not Worth the Price

I ordered shoes in mid-June for Rs. 6,500, which was already a bit of a stretch for my budget. I specifically bought them for comfort and walking, and while I'll admit the comfort was genuinely good, that's about the only positive I can share.

Unfortunately, the sole quality has been a huge letdown. Within just two months of regular use, a hole started forming in the sole of the right shoe. I'm honestly not sure how it happened so quickly, but it's clear the material used just isn't durable enough for the price point.

What makes this more frustrating is that I've bought local, budget-friendly brands in the past that have easily lasted 1-2 years without any issues. Comparing that to this pair, which barely made it past 3 months before showing serious wear, it's hard not to feel like I paid a premium price for what is essentially hype rather than actual quality.

I really wanted to like these shoes, and the comfort factor was there, but durability is just as important when you're spending this kind of money — and on that front, they failed completely. I'd think twice before purchasing from this brand again.

Very disappointing experience. I received two right-foot shoes instead of a proper pair. I contacted customer support immediately, but after several days of follow-ups I am still not getting a proper resolution. Most responses appear automated, and now I am being told the shoes are out of stock and nothing can be done.

The product being out of stock is not the customer's responsibility when the company itself delivered the wrong product. I only want the incorrect shoes returned and my full payment refunded. I have pictures and screenshots as evidence. Very poor customer service.

I placed an order online Lahore behria town umer block 517 sector B order no 1097411, but there was a size issue and the required size was not available at the outlet either. I have now returned the parcel, which has been delivered to your warehouse through Leopard Courier. Kindly refund my amount. I have shared my account details on WhatsApp.I keep calling again and again to contact you, but my request is being passed from one person to another. The procedure is very long and complicated. Kindly do not damage your reputation; you are disappointing your customers by handling things this way.

It is very bad company they don’t respect customers I have been paid for 3 items and each time they say it is on the way and after a while they refund the money

Total scam....they canceled my order themselves. No reply to my email ....stay away. They just rob people and will disappear.

Unze London Pakistan is an extremely unprofessional brand. They don't respond to their customers at all. I ordered a pair of sandals on March 26, and they sent me one sandal in size 41 and the other in size 44 in one box— can you imagine such carelessness? Despite multiple attempts, they haven't responded anywhere.

Buy Two Pairs of shoes and pay online payment but no received any parcel send many complaints but no any answer no refund very bad customer service 😔 don't waste time and money
