"Free UK Returns" a lie.
States "Free UK Returns" all over UK website and on invoice, but this is in fact a total LIE. On opening a return by post, you are directed to DHL, where you have to fill out a collection form and then are expected to pay, MINIMUM, £16 for a parcel to be collected (however many shirts you ordered)! SIXTEEN POUNDS! What a total rip-off! What's an even bigger smack in the face for the buyer, is that Untuckit DELIVER your parcel by the much, MUCH, cheaper courier Yodel. But you do not get the option to return it by a courier of your choice, nope, only the VERY expensive DHL. Customer services are based in the US so don't waste your time. May as well point out too that the actual shirts aren't worth the money either. Shorter than normal shirts? Rubbish. I'm 5'8 and the shirts I ordered still came down past my groin. Don't fall for the bull like I did, fellas. It's an expensive gimmick and one that will cost you in Returns just to try.
