Awful experience
Awful experience, first they just cancel one of the items I ordered with no explanation even though that was the item I paid next day delivery for and then they set the delivery with yodel so the parcel can't be left safe or delivered to a neighbour. Talk about hassle. Customer service is the worst.
Very difficult to return items and not free returns as stated
Recently ordered a shirt which while nicely made wasn't a good fit. Decided to return it but this turned out to be a nightmare. They sent a label for Evri which wasn't valid when I took it in. They then sent a new label for Evri which again failed. They then admitted this was their error (after several emails) and sent a DHL label which worked. To top it all off they charged an extra £5 to return the item which is supposed to be free according to their website. This was claimed to be some form of tax.

Such a shame that I have to unsubscribe both our accounts. Having found some excellent products from UNTUCKit, with such an investment in assisting with correct sizing, I. Made the simple request to stop the useless email marketing from the .com, USA side of the company. No use, and promoting products not available here in the UK, especially Women’s wear - which could be viewed as saving me money, but still frustrating.
Could this be communicated, no, anybody listen, no, anybody interested in feedback, constructive or otherwise, no. Emails copied, for weeks now, to management, no response, no interest at all.
Given this, and the plethora of other options, it will be untucked shirts from anyone but UNTUCKit from now on.
It was not like this in the beginning but, as often happens, companies have success, grow, and then cannot cope with customer care any longer.
This will only get worse, but the good news is that for all people out there, prices will start to tumble, but without any customer care or interest this will only sustain them short term.
Remember, as many other reviews say, UNTUCKit sizing is different, good when you find the right one, but getting there with any number of returns, exchanges, refunds, shortages of stock along the way will be very difficult given the absence of customer care / service.
Best avoid, sorry 😞
New shirts from UNTUCKit
I have two shirts from UNTUCKit and they both fit very well - the fabric quality feels good and my wife thinks they look great on me too ! The shopping experience was good too with the shirts bring nicely wrapped and bagged. I would definitely recommend these shirts to my mates !
Return process is poor
Having followed their online procedure to return my shirt, no parcel shop will accept the label generated by Untunkit UK. I have been back and fourth with their customer services and they have stopped replying and do not answer the phone.
Australian buyer - still waiting for refund
Australian buyer; postage time was good, product sizing is bad. Sent back shirts paying refund shipping cost to the USA!. item recieved and confirmed to their warehouse by USPS -have proof! no refund processed still waiting 4 months later! Basically scammers when it comes to refunds. I am sure they won't even bother to try and make amends as per so many reviews on this site! Do not buy!

Ordered shirt, they delivered the wrong one.
When I pointed this out they totally ignored me. Now I am stuck with a £75 I don't want!!

Untuckit UK Website - Returns process shocking
If you are from the UK, the 'free returns' policy is an absolute shambles. I am still waiting on a full refund for over a month since it was returned. My issues are outlined below:
1. The returns shipping label was not accepted at any of the stores I tried after spending an hour trying different places. The stores I tried were all the ones recommended! Definitely not a print quality issue.
2. Untuckit advised I post by Royal Mail and they would reimburse me for the cost of the package. They reimbursed me... but took it off my total refund!!!
3. Had to follow them up 2 weeks after posting to find out when I would actually receive the money-back.
4. Still waiting on a response RE out-of-pocket expense for the return postage I was told I would be reimbursed. So if you see this... I would appreciate a response.
I am disappointed as I like the brand, and I have had a good in-store experience in London. However, I think this has put me off them completely. On to find a new company for shirts...

CMy sons love the shirts.
BUT The website is NOT user friendly. It confusing. “Billing” and “shipping” inputs are mixed up. After several times trying to edit, I gave up.
Searching for shirts is tedious. Colors are unclear unless you zoom in. Also titles for shirt preferences are not accurate.
Scam company - avoid
I tried to cancel an order 3 minutes after placing it online but Untuckit refused to do so. They are literally the only company I have ever dealt with who have acted like that.
They gave me a 30% discount code for my next order. I told them I would never order from them again. 4 months later they replied to my last email encouraging me to use the discount code and buy from them again.
Worst company and worst customer service imaginable. Don't buy anything from them.
Mis sized shirt like others seem to be getting . Very poor
Been a buyer of these shirts for a while and couldn't understand why all the negative reviews until I too was the recipient of a wrongly sized shirt. A medium that was probably an XL. Untuckit gave me a discount code for my next order (there wont be one guys) but still we are left with a shirt that resembles a small tent. This mis sizing should never happen on a premium expensive shirt never mind the amount of time it appears to happen. Guess we'll need to look for another shirt supplier

Their return policy is terrible
Their return policy is terrible. My wife bought me two shirts for Christmas the first part of November. They have a 30 day refund policy. Their shirts run small and as these were a Christmas gift there was no way we could have known this before 30 days were up. We won;t be buying from them again.
Untuckit shirt material is inferior.
After few months threads on shirts starts to come off. Their material is inferior. I have shirts from Banana Republic and had them for several years. They use much better material than Untuckit. I would not buy expensive Untuckit shirts and then have to deal with inferior quality material.
It's a long story
It's a long story, but suffice to write that I'm beyond satisfied with Dan's exemplary service via on the Chat line. I've been a UnTuck It customer for years now and my on line orders always have been problem free until now. It was my error and Dan was able to quickly intervene and resolve the issue for me, hassle free! Thank you, Dan once again for your exemplary, customer service skills and to UnTuck It for having you on board.
Do not order physical giftcard

I ordered a GiftCard on December 17th. They said it would be delivered by December 25th. I opted for a physical GC opposed to a digital GC, because the person receiving the gift likes tangible gifts. However, It is now January 3rd and I still do not have the physical GC because they have not shipping it out.
On December 28th after no shipping or tracking updates, I did request a refund for shipping that was $20, and requested them to process a digital GC instead.
I received the $20 shipping fee back, but still have not been issued a GC. I spent $150. This has been a terrible experience and the person I ordered for keeps asking me when they will get their Christmas present. Its a GC this should not be that difficult. I am embarrassed because the person waiting on their gift probably thinks I'm lying about the GC.
Size is totally off!! Not even close to the size labeled!
My wife bought me two XXXLG short sleeved shirts.
When I opened the bag and removed the shirts, they are more like a LG size. They are clearly labeled XXX Lg but most certainly are not.
They were very narrow in shoulders and they could not even come close to being buttoned. It must have been a manufacturing error or otherwise they have the most horrible sizing and fit.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and then with no notice get email that its cancelled with no explanation. A week before Christmas!! You lost my business guys!! That's bad customer service. You spend all that money on advertising and then can't back it up with product.
