terrible fit and quality
this place refuses to give a full refund, only store credit. I ordered something while a sale was happening thinking I got something amazing quality considering the prices. the quality was terrible! they only offered store credit and claimed it was because the Dress is made "custom". but yet, they didn't take my measurements? also when I put a review on the dress on their site, it was there for a day and then they deleted it. don't buy, its terrible quality.

While we don’t offer made-to-measure gowns, each piece is made specifically for the size selected at the time of purchase. This is part of our commitment to reducing overproduction and waste.
Our return policy is clearly stated on our website and is structured differently from fast fashion brands. Given the nature of our production process, we offer store credit rather than refunds, which helps us continue creating high-quality, responsibly made pieces.
Should you need any help choosing another design that may be a better fit we would be more than happy to help in any way we can. We have many lux soft fabrics that you may find more comfortable than a beaded fabric previously chosen.
