Their chat is worse than useless, I have my doubts whether you are speaking to a person or not. Hello everyone my name is Chucks Obi I'm here to express my experience with these thieves, as you can see I'm gamble banned in the UK due to self exclusion so I decided to registered for betting site outside the UK, deposited almost £600 was lucky to win £2800 guess what I was trying to withdrawal couldn't only allow £500 limit. U can't withdraw another until the first one is processed that's if they even process it. Made a withdrawal £500 was pending for almost 2days at this time I was getting really stressed out, then I reached out for live chat was told the team will look into it at this point I knew something dodggy is going on. Went on trust pilot saw few reviews about withdrawal then I realised I have been scammed. My withdrawal was still pending £500 and had another £2300 in my unlimluck account at this point I recall back the pending back in my account and end up spending the whole money 😭 this my worst nightmare never experienced such thing with UK betting site. This people prey on UK customers specifically £500 limit withdrawal are kidding me? I knew I won't be able to make a successful withdrawal after reading some of the reviews that's why I went ahead spending the winnings. Please UK players why don't you save your time and money don't make that move placing between with this company called unmluck u been warned, why would you place a bet with a company that's not UK regulated it doesn't make sense to me. UK has lots of good betting site why would u decide to registered betting site in the US, the only reason I did because have been self excluded UK betting site. I now decide to close my account massage them on live chat was told to send an email which I did 2days later I got a massage from the team bribing me with £50 bonus to stay with them but I rejected a message again for them to close my account immediately but still battling with them to close my account as they want me to keep losing my hard earned money. Ever since never place any bet with them. These people are horrible 🤢 so horrible 😞 how do they sleep at night taking people's money and refuse to pay out winnings. I forbid myself from this site hence fourth. I regret my £600 I'm now struggling my car insurance is due my road tax is due no money. Withdrawal hassle
I won 200 pound and have been trying to withdraw for a week. They asked for documents (which I stupidly sent - thankfully my card doesn't show card details on it physically) I asked for an update on live chat and It has been read and ignored for 50 minutes. They do not want you to withdraw money and will do anything to stop it happening even when for some people it means a lot (I had put 10 on in the hope of winning to get me through this month and now I can't withdraw)

Avoid at all cost, waited nearly 3 weeks for a £200 withdrawal, they didn't pay out so I ended up cancelling and spending it on slots so it wasn't left in my account, needless to say my balance ended up back at zero and now I have closed my account

I played with £40 won £1000 on spins when I withdraw it 2 days later looked on the account and they canceled it only put 500 on my account balance the other £500 is missing, when spoke to them they want documents to prove who I am I upload I'd and proof of adress 2 weeks ago nothing back no updates nothing they take your money once you win they won't pay out its a scam

Please don’t use this site. I have been lied to and fed disinformation. I won £2000 so far it has taken nearly two month to get half of it. There GUILDLINES state there is a 24hr £500 withdrawal limit. So I requested £500 every two days which unlimluck have told me I done correctly. So I had 4 pending withdrawal transactions. After 6 days they paid the first £500 then cancelled the other 3 so I have to start whole process again. Unlimluck told me it shouldn’t have happened and offered free spins a compensation. Again I requested after 6 days get a payment then other transactions cancelled. They keep apologising and tell me put requests in again and promised me that everything would be ok and I would receive my outstanding requests with in a week. TOTAL LIES. I’m still waiting for there payment and security technical teams to contact me which I was promised they would over a month ago.

Robbed me of over 300 bonus money it vanished .They told me it had been cut after 3 days of waiting for the technical team .They also cleared my bet history then tried to say, that I needed to clear my cache,open in Incognito mode etc.

Opened account and verified by email. Did not upload docs or make a deposit. Decided to close as it was in Comoros may be risky. They finally sent an email but stating I could restrict limits etc and ask them how to proceed. I explained again I just wanted to close the account. I am still chasing closure - am just concerned as their Ts &Cs state dormant accounts for 12 months will incur a 10 EUR monthly fee. Can they do this as I have not uploaded any docs/deposited funds. Any similar experiences from anyone please? Thank you.

The only way you will get your money is by threatening them to say you are going to complain to (LOK) Curaçao Gaming Authority. These are the people that have issued them the licence and govern the betting. GOOD LUCK

Do not use. I saw that Aspers Casino open online gaming. I joined and logged and placed money to realise it has nothing to do with Aspers casino.

I downloaded the app as well it says aspers casino now i cant find the app anymore in playstore.

I placed 20 pounds when i got to 52 i tried to withdraw the 52 pounds instead they added 52 to the their balance. I tried to take my money back. They did not let me.
Now my 104 pounds not in my balance and their account balance is showing 0 pounds. Totally scam !

Don’t even know where to start.

These people are scammers and will make you go in circles with any hope you can withdraw even though you can’t, if you have deposited any sort of money into this site you have been scammed instantly, i deposited £800 and won on roulette twice making my total sum to £4300 I tried to withdraw then I saw how you can only do £500 withdrawals every 3 days and at that point I knew I got scammed.

Also check the links to other sites you want to play on I searched for a real casino clicked the top link and it redirected me to this one and it looked so legit I didn’t even realise I got redirected.

If you call them out on chat support they will send the same ai generated message over and over and then they will say they can’t talk to you anymore, literally everything is written by ai and the support people use fake names and ai faces to make it look legit? Once you look into this you realise how fake it is, don’t be fooled go to a real website.

Another rip off site, repetitive question and requests to resend documents that I had already sent over 3 times, complete scam of a site stay clear.
