If you’re reading my message you have already been stitched up and know full well you’re not getting your winnings. I can’t state highly enough how dishonest this company is. When you request a withdrawal they ask you for your ID etc time and time again. Every time you request a withdrawal they put it back in your playing account .
Whatever you do, do not play on this site even if you win you lose !!!!

Requested account closure and data to be deleted. Now being ignored. They breaching all gdpr and echr. Once you put info on this site, its sold and they won't respond to a complaint.

I don't think they can improve. The worst experience ever. Still waiting for 500£ withdrawal since 1st of October. Day 48. Nothing. They will give you any excuse for the wait and ask you to wait again patiently and keep asking for more verification documents. That's their customer service for you.

The thing with this casino is that the games are good and the bonus rounds trigger often. The only problem is that you will never be able to withdraw your winnings.

When I first signed up and played I managed to make my first withdrawal successfully. I was paid within 5 mins. It was only £50. But this gave me the confidence to continue playing. After that I was never able to withdraw £70, £470, £500, £500, and £500. Over the course of 3 weeks going round in circles with live chat and email and sending my ID documents multiple times my withdrawal request was repeatedly cancelled on thier side and they keep re-requesting ID documents again. I gave up and went to my bank and successfully requested chargebacks for every deposit I ever made on that casino. They blocked my account when I did this but at least I got the majority of money back.

Although it took 5 weeks I’ve now been able to withdraw the £1800 that I won! Don’t give up! They do pay in the end!!

Read all the reviews first as they are spot on.
Deposit money then win money and no pay out until you send them a finger an arm and a leg through the post… they don’t understand the word verification. You might aswell go there and stand in front of them with all your documents they still wouldn’t pay out.

Won £1000, first £500 withdrawal they paid within 3 days, second £500 they have cancelled 7 times asking for the same documents over and over again even though I sent them the first time. then wagering requirements which I deposited with a no bonus, so I wagered what they wanted me to, then they ask to wager it again. Don’t waste your money on this site.

Some please tell me how to report the scammers, how in this day and age is this company getting away with this

I have deposited 80£ and won 95£ and when I am trying to withdraw the money they are requesting to send the documents for the first time of withdrawal and when I am sending the documents the withdrawal is getting cancelled and the money is coming back in to the unlimluck account without any prior information. Please don’t play and loose your money they are a big scammers who even didn’t have registration in the uk gambling commission.

Like other said , this is a scam portal. After meeting minimum withdrawal limit, I applied for withdrawal. First they asked for ID copy for verification to clear the withdrawal. After providing ID copy now they sent me reply saying - " Please note that to proceed with your withdrawal, you need to meet the 3x wagering requirement on your deposit. This means I have to place more bets to withdraw. Fraud

For anyone trying to withdraw their money... this site is 100% legit. Read the verification process CAREFULLY. No screen shots, must be a PDF, ID must be clear and all parts showing. It does seem to take a while, but we'll.wprth it. Won loads front this site, just takes a few days to get the winnings, and to a maximum of £500!!

Scam do not use this casino!!!! I sent my documents like i was asked and then they cancelled my withdrawl so the balance was back in my account. Everything takes 3 days 3 days. They need closing down its disgraceful

I have have tried 10 times to withdraw £500 that this company owes me. I have sent everything they have asked from me, not once, not twice but 3 times to no avail. Can someone tell me who I can complain to because this Company should not be allowed to operate.

Just spoken to gambling commission they are not regulated in UK YOU have ZERO chance of getting your winnings from them, more over it is against British law for them to accept pounds sterling depisits

Total scam, I deposited and played a game, managed to win a nice amount and asked for a withdrawal after a while, they refused to pay me and refunded my deposit back to the website where I couldn't even withdraw this to my account

This company is quite willing to take your money but do not want to pay winnings out.
As I am not a regular gambler I added the required funds, which was £20 and won £50 so instead of just replaying I decided I would withdraw the £50.
On asking for the withdrawal I was asked for a lot of personal ID. I sent a copy of my passport, then as a sign of life, the same ID had to be held beside me. A recent utility bill with my name and address visible. And a copy of both sides of my bank card.
Yes I must be mad! They hold an incredible amount of data on me that could easily be used by fraudsters.
It turns out THEY are the fraudsters. They are still asking for MORE ID. This has gone on for weeks and I still haven't got my £50.
Thank goodness I didn't win more. If I can't get £50, what chance have you got of being paid out any winnings.
Don't be drawn into this site. I put the app Chicken Run on my phone but this company who I can't find registered, have many many more.
I've tried to report them but they are not known. So who runs it? Where is their registered company?
