I live in rural Alabama. There are not a lot of options for internet service here. I decided to try Unlimitedville. I am so glad I did! Unlimitedville has gotten my kids through high school and College. Our whole house runs off of it (Computers, phones, television, security system and cameras, Xbox, thermostats). I have had very little trouble with it. When it has gone down, they are very helpful, quick to replace it and credit me for any time down. If you have limited options and are looking for reliable highspeed internet, try Unlimitedville.

Horrible Experience
Horrible Experience. The service worked initially and then was cutting in and out and stopped working all together. We switched to fiber. It's for a vacation home and when I contacted unlimitedville to cancel they refused to do so until I returned the box (which isn't possible because it's at a property I don't live at), of course charging me in the meantime for a service that doesn't work. Also, it turns out I'm responsible for paying for the return of the equipment too. Very shady and I would caution others before signing up for unlimitedville.

Our cancellation and return process is outlined in the terms of service agreed to at the time of order, including the requirement to return equipment before billing is finalized. That said, as of yesterday, your plan has been successfully canceled, and we’ll process your refund as soon as the device is received.
We also want to note that we’re always here to help troubleshoot service issues, but we didn’t hear from you about the connection problems until your recent request. In many cases, we’re able to resolve these concerns quickly when given the opportunity.
If you need any assistance coordinating the equipment return, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team—we’re happy to help make that process as smooth as possible.

Unlimitedville has been a life-saver when it comes to finding good internet for rural areas. Nothing else works here for us, but this works great!! It goes out rarely but comes back on within minutes. I got the $99/month plan. I loved the 21-day trail run so if it didn’t work you can get a full refund within that time. I hadn’t heard about them before doing research but I can’t believe more people don’t talk about them.

Great provider for internet while traveling! The only frustrating thing is that a lot of resets and/or reboots need to be made in order to establish a better connection.

I don’t know what to rate yet but I know that I’m already stressing about if this is even legit and not stealing my money because I haven’t received a confirmation email of purchase and no one will answer the phone or do live chat even though it was barely 7pm EST. Already not happy with that. HOW DO I GET A REFUND?
UPDATE: they did reply back to me via here and email back to tell me what they said here. But still waiting on confirmation email and tracking they said would be worked on yesterday 2/6.
UPDATE: 2/11/26 - I have received the router thing, hooked it up, and have had working internet for the last two days since Monday 2/9. So far so good. I was able to set a Pw -easy with the instructions from what support emailed, I had 3 cameras hooked up all day to see how well it did, it worked all day like my previous internet would through Xfinity. I was surprised that all I have to do was plug it in.

We just moved into new house
We just moved into new house, and the only internet choices we had were 2 satellite services, and both of them were expensive, and the speeds sucked on both of them. I even had Viasat installed, and the highest speed I could get would not run Netflix. Then I found UNLIMITEDVILLE AND EVERYTHING IS GREAT !!! Great speeds and great service and delightful people to deal with. You can't go wrong with UNLIMITEDVILLE !!! Try it you won't be disappointed!!! THANK YOU UNLIMITEDVILLE....

Switched to Unlimitedville from Xfinity…
Switched to Unlimitedville from Xfinity in Vermont. It took 5 phone calls to cancel my Xfinity service and each phone call took around 30-45 min. Unlimitedville shipped my router fast and after I couldn’t get it working they emailed me back within minutes troubleshooting the issue until it was fixed. That alone was worth the switch. I also appreciate if I go on vacation somewhere else I can easily bring the hotspot and get reliable internet. 5 star service.

I have really been impressed with the consistency of my hotspot connection. I have been in a bit of a unique living situation, and this was the perfect solution. The hotspot works great, and the staff has been very kind when working with me when I needed assistance!

Internet is fast
Internet is fast, and easy to setup the hardware. Took literally 5 mins to setup.
We have the highest tier plan and can easily run 4-5 computers streaming and doing zoom calls.

Signal is 5 bars only because the cell tower is half a mile away. Speeds vary between 80mbps - 140mbps which is great we live on a boat in North Florida ( Black creek/ St Johns river). Took unit to the mountain house North Georgia (Clayton) no signal found. Happy with the service we have on the boat.
