Bei diesem Casino fällt es mir schwer, wie man es fair bewerten soll. Der Betreiber betreibt ca. 40 Casinos mit dieser Software und 3 verschiedenen Firmenkonstrukten, welche alle mehr oder weniger dasgleiche bieten in Form von Umsatzfreien Boni für die Einzahlungen.

Positiv zu erwähnen ist sicher, das man sein Geld erhält und auch die schnellen Auszahlungen (meist maximal 2 stunden) eingehalten werden plus die KYC automatisiert in Echtzeit erfolgt.

Leider haben die Casinos mit dieser Software aber auch 2 grosse Nachteile
- Wenn man Spezialboni erhält und diese bei Einzahlung auswählt funktioniert es einfach nicht und es wird der Standardbonus für die X. Einzahlung gutgeschrieben. Reklamiert man dann im Live-Chat, möchten die Agenten eine Bildschirmaufnahme der Einzahlung (Video) sehen, ansonsten helfen Sie einem nicht und gewähren den versprochenen Bonus nicht. Ich habe extra eine zweite Einzahlung gemacht um aufzunehmen, dann wurde gesagt man leitet es weiter und es kam 4 Tage keine Rückmeldung. Erst nach einer weiteren E-Mail mit 24h Frist wurde der versprochene Bonus aktiviert.

Wie erwähnt erhält man, was leider ja nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist, aber seine Gewinne problemlos. Aber da gibt es noch Problem 2 in Form von Gebühren, wenn Sie einzahlen werden mit Ausnahme von Flexepin Gutscheincodes Gebühren erhoben, statt zB 100 Euro muss man dann zB 102 Euro ca. bezahlen. Noch schlimmer wird es bei der Auszahlung vom Gewinn, es werden zwar mehrere Auszahloptionen angeboten, aber mit Ausnahme von IBAN gaben bei mir alle einen Fehler aus. Und für die SEPA Überweisung wird dann wiederum Gebühr abgezogen, statt ca 910 Euro erhält man dann ca 875 Euro. Noch dazu wird nirgendwo in den Zahlprozessen irgendeine Gebühr transparent ausgewiesen. Sehr schade.

Auch erwähnen sollte man noch, das aussergewöhnlicherweise standardmässig ein "Jackpot Spiel" aktiv ist, welches pro Spin einen hohen Betrag zusätzlich für dieses Casinoeigene Spiel kostet. Auch hier erfolgt keinerlei Vorwarnung und man wundert sich, warum das Guthaben soschnell kleiner wird. Noch dazu ist es extrem versteckt in extrakleiner Schrift, wenn man sich davon abmelden möchte. My experience with Unlimit Casino has been extremely disappointing, and I feel completely neglected regarding their responsible gambling policy. On October 19, 2022, I deposited €31,750 in a single day across multiple transactions and placed massive bets, including a €8,200 wager and several others exceeding €5,000, without receiving any warnings or intervention from the casino.

According to their Responsible Gambling Policy and Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) regulations, they should have taken action to protect me—such as issuing warnings, setting deposit limits, or even temporarily suspending my account. However, they did absolutely nothing until I had lost all my funds. When I contacted them for an explanation and a fair refund, they refused to respond seriously.

I have now filed a formal complaint with the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) due to this gross negligence. If you’re considering playing at this casino, I strongly advise you to reconsider, as they do not enforce their own policies and have no regard for player well-being.

Just a very bad and greedy casino.
I used to play here for a while, spent thousands of euros here over the time i was active which was just recently. I spoke with the support about VIP entry and that i should get something back in return for all the money i have been giving them, were talking +10k euros, all i got was a tiny shameful loyalty cash bonus of 250 euro. That was my worth to them after feeding them over 10k euro. So if you are looking to become a VIP player and spend a lot of money do NOT chose this casino because they don't value you as a customer despite the amount you give them.
