Having the painting I wanted was important initially. Having the painting arrive undamaged was important, too. Unicanvas followed up asking if I had any issues with my purchase. That was important, too.

Received the picture very quickly and it was nicer in person than on the computer. I would order from them again and recommend them highly.

What's not asked advertise very poor quality.. over expected wait time. Was guarantee that I would have half my order refund never received. Save your money. Definitely was not a good experience. Place my order on the 6th did not receive my order to the 14th. one to four days to process in two day delivery is a joke. Company location wasn't as advertised on website. They're located in Dallas Texas. I live in Oklahoma and work for the company they ship through. Very deceitful information on their company website. Definitely not where they're located. I work for company that they shipped through, all of the delays on purchasing company. They played the blame game with UPS. Artwork is not as advertised not worth the money itself. True enough they tried to expedite the delivery. I don't like to blame game in the deception of this company do your research before you order.

This company is terrible and I would never recommend them to anyone…I wanted to return my unopened art work and this company offered excuse after excuse ….no accountability….they are a scammers.
