Got our windows installed and we are very happy 😊 the attitudes were great!!!

The sales person was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Every process went exactly how she explained. We have dealt with many construction and home improvement companies, and I have to say this company will remain number 1. The product and cost is exceptional. The installation team was the best. They installed 16 windows in one day. They were professional, polite, and respectful of our home. I would recommend this company to all who need replacement windows. Thank you!

Love the windows and the installers were very professional and polite, the sales person was also a great guy to work with, sorry I don't know their names but everything they did was great... in the future I will definitely go with Universal Windows Direct for the other windows... My door was installed on May 5th and it's now June 25, and my front door is still not entirely finished. They forgot a part and it apparently takes months to get in. Needless to say, I'm not happy. Very poor customer service. When I call them it's not easy to get a person on the phone who knows about the issue I have or when it will be resolved. Very frustrating to say the least.

Was told we might not be able to use our blinds. There is less than a 1/2” depth in the window sill, none of the blinds we had will work. The upfront honest approach would be to let homeowner know your blinds will not work with these windows. That would have been part of the decision making. We still have not figured out what we are going to do, except trash all of our blinds.

The installer arrived on time. He was very professional. He also cleaned up after himself, which I greatly appreciate!

The window I purchased was to be a 24 inch window seat in my bay window. When it arrived and after they had already taken out my old window and began to take it apart, it is realized that the seat in the new window is 6 full inches shorter all around. This makes the sides of the bay windows smaller as well. Yes, there was a change order, but it was very vague and totally unclear to me that they were giving me a smaller window for the same money. When I contacted them to settle this, the woman was rather snarky and said "Well, you signed the change order." I repeated the vagueness of the order and she got worse. I am sorry. I agreed to pay $8,000 for a specific size window. If you are going to go smaller, I should receive a lesser price. No, they just screwed me to keep a bigger profit for themselves. Watch out for their bate and switch on bay windows.!!!

Hobart co installed my windows. They were prompt. Very professional and polite. They cleaned up after themselves. Explained the operation of windows.

Sales person was terrific, and once they got out here, professional and got the job done and quick. I'm finally after 3 years enjoying the nice breeze in my house. Love it and the cat loves sitting in the window.

Ryan and his co worker did a great job they where friendly very efficient the windows look great they answered any questions left our house cleaner than what it was thanks guys I would definitely recommend to friends and family

Universal Windows Direct did an amazing job replacing my old, 1911 windows. From the initial consultation to measuring to install day, everyone was professional and courteous. The installment team worked fast and precise. Joe, Jessie and Cody worked impressively together and were mindful of keeping some of the old character of the house intact. I interviewed many companies to replace my windows and I'm thrilled I chose Universal Windows Direct to do the job! Thank you!!

Aric and his son are AMAZING installers! They were speedy, efficient, kind, and dang good at their job! Our new windows are perfect and we’re so grateful to have had them install them for us! Also, the windows are the best quality you can get! Truly top notch product!

The process was pretty easy , chose the doors we wanted , measurements were taken and verified. We were updated on a regular basis during the manufacture process and when the doors were ready we were contacted and installation scheduled just a couple of days later and installation took less than day to complete. Only issue was one set of hardware was not correct but temp set was installed and will be replaced in the next week or so. Installers were great and cleaned up everything and hauled the old parts away.

Noah, Nathan, Steven and Carter arrived and immediately began removing old windows! They worked as a well- seasoned team! The speed of removal and install was amazing. Clean up was stellar! I am beyond ecstatic! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!!!

Dave Volpe was an amazing salesman and John & Frank did an unbelievable job on installation!! They did great work and I highly recommend using Universal Windows!

Absolutely do NOT recommend this company. We need a replacement window due to a fire. I spoke with a rep on November16-she told me she was ordering the window. In January I spoke with a different rep who emailed me both a copy of my “order” as well as a “ETA” on delivery of my window.
I just spoke with a rep who informed me my window was never ordered, and it would be an additional 18-22 weeks. When I questioned the rep I spoke with today about representatives from this company providing misleading information about my window being reordered, she became very rude, and hung up on me. I will be contacting corporate.
