Universal Vans Recensioni

Great company to deal with answered all questions I put to them and had a quick turnover. Kieran was excellent to deal with very knowledgeable and excellent customer service skills 👏

First time dealing with universal vans. Was equiring through Kieran and I have to say he was awesome to deal with. Easy, to the point and went above and beyond to get my finance complete! Having not long set up my business we had trouble getting funds which is understandable but Kieran kept in touch throughout the whole process and I was kept up to date with everything going on in the back ground. Would highly recommend! Super excited on delivery of my brand new company vehicle! Thanks once again!

My business was after a van with a quick turn around to replace the one I had due to high Milage, after speaking to universal Vans, they got me a van within days and on an amazing deal. Top marks for customer service and communication during the process. I will definitely be using these in future

We have recently purchased a van from Jordan at Universal, as all dealings with Jordan previously, this was effortless and efficient, Van arrived in 10 days of ordering, very pleased with service.

Fantastic experience from start to
Finish.

First time we have bought vans from Universal. Dave S was brilliant from start to finish. Delivered 100% on what he said, no hidden extra charges and we are completely overjoyed with our new vans. Could not recommend this company and its staff highly enough.

Purchased two vans through Dave.
Was surprised how nice and easy the process was, Dave managed to sort the finance that matched our needs and delivered the vans on time!
We usually go through Trust Ford but after my friend used their services we thought we would give it a go.
Didn't regret it and we will get all
of our vans through Dave in the future😀

My recent experience with Universal Vans was superb, especially with David's exceptional online assistance. Navigating their user-friendly website, I found the perfect van with David's expert guidance. The transparent online process, coupled with David's prompt responses, made the purchase straightforward and worry-free. Updates on my order were timely, and the hassle-free delivery exceeded expectations. For a seamless online van purchase with top-notch service, I highly recommend Universal Vans and extend my gratitude to David. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the 2nd time that I have purchased a van from David at Universal Vans. It is important to note what great service is. The communication, and effort, to not only provide the vehicle, but to also put your mind at ease is truly admirable. The process has been very easy indeed, especially finding me an extremely rare van.
There is no other place I would go to replace my fleet. Great guy, superb team and a pleasure to conduct business with. Highly recommend.

We are repeat customers and continue to be very happy with the service that Dave and the team provide. They always deliver on time and are very competitive with their pricing. As a customer we always feel well looked after. Well done Universal Vans 👏👏👏

Highly recommend. I’ve dealt with Tony many times when I’m in need of a new Van. Always a easy no hassle experience.
