I already complained on here and was blackmailed by eclipse saying take it down or they won’t give me a refund if insucessful after a year which they said the first time I complained and told them about consumer act that they don’t follow as they don’t do what they say they just take your money and send the photos but that is not what they say they are, they talk negatively about portfolio studios however that is what they are, that and fraudulent company. Now I haven’t taken my previous very honest review down they have said “ we are off the books’ but they still have my money, I did even say I’ll pay for photos but I want some money back for the lack of service that they aren’t providing, they accused me of black mailing them, they also blamed me off bring do bad as potently there was a big model deal over £1100 that they were organising however couldn’t send any emails to prove this, and I’d need proof as they are such liars. Really disappointed really sad that a company will use people who want to make a career, seed them up with idea they can, take a lot of money then just not do anything, only time they contacted me was when I called them, then there were lots of false promises. Absolutely disgusting fraudulent company please don’t use. Best stay at home and chuck some cash in the fire .
