Contacted me under fauls intenstions saying coming round on one thing just to check on heat loss and moisture then saying about the moss on roof. Same old story saying I can do it for this price a few £s knocked off but he says i am doing it on my own back. Making people think they are getting a good bargin.

Arrived on time, Tom and Ciaran were extremely polite and worked very hard all day.Hardly took a break. Did a great job and cleaned up beautifully. Thank you 😁

The team turned up promptly and on time. Very polite and competent workers. Worked most of the day with only a break for lunch. Cleaned up most of the foam debris which had fallen from the loft hatch and cold not be avoided. Would recommend.

We responded to a cold call, unusually for us, and the rep persuaded us to go further. We have not been at all disappointed. Our roof must be a few hundred weight lighter after the clean and removal of all the moss. Now it has been sealed and coloured and it has transformed the look of the house. Dave and Marius are a credit to the company. `they worked tirelessly and professionally. We,d happily recommend them to others.

we must give a shout out and thank you to David and Marius who are working on our roof and walls at the moment and doing a great job although not complete yet but they have worked their socks off and not stopped even through freezing cold and wet weather! In todays society it is rare to find such hard working ppl ensuring the job is done to a very high standard and not cutting corners. Will review again once complete!

Second time we have had work carried out by Universal Eco Homes, and on both occasions the work was carried satisfactorily by two great respectful teams, who were great workers, and who fully cleaned up afterwards, would certainly recommend.

The men who carried the work did an excellent job, however there was a difference between what I was told would be done by the salesmen and what the workers were told to do, however it all worked out well despite the miss information.

They where so very nice and polite when they where and had very good manners

Chris really worked hard and left the roof, and the property clean. We no longer have the problem of moss on the glass conservatory roof.

I have always maintained that it's not always a problem if someone makes a mistake, it is how this mistake is dealt with afterwards.

Joseph called me in response to my complaint about the conduct of a new team member. I really appreciated him taking the time to investigate, review the evidence, and get back to me.

He explained that the conduct of this family run business is high and complaints are taken seriously, and the required actions taken.

Joseph was very thorough, helpful, and courteous throughout, portraying the professional image he mentioned earlier.

The issue was fully resolved, hence my change of review.

My house looks considerably better - the workmen were professional and hardworking and cleared up after themselves.

However, there was quite a bit of kerfuffle about the price (i was told the wrong price twice, and there was confusion about whether the garage was included, even though it is part of the house). Although my sister got a £50 voucher for recommending me, as promised, the £50 voucher I was promised as an incentive has never materialised, and apparently I imagined the conversation where it was agreed. On that basis, when my neighbours have asked if I can recommend the company I have had to say no.

My suggestion is that you get everything in writing, and check it twice!

we had two tiled roofs and our driveway cleaned , treated , and sealed. Really thrilled with the result , but especially how clean and tidy they left the place. I feel i must name check David Saunders because he went above and beyond to make sure the job was done to absolute perfection. totally thrilled with the result and the solid professionalism of the company.

In difficult weather conditions the work was done in a professional manner

The guys arrived on time and started working immediately. They were very polite and good humoured. I was kept up to date and shown what they were doing as they went along. When they had completed the work they made sure that I was happy with it. I'm very pleased with what they did and would recommend them. Thanks guys!
