From start to finish my move was Seamless...I literally called for a quote, scheduled movers, set dates for my move and drove to FL to move in. The Units team is ran like a well oiled machine. Excellent communication on all sides. If you're concerned about the extra cost DONT. If you can afford to use them it's worth every penny. Highly Recommend!!!

This company was a class act experience. Gina, Mike, and then the local person at my destination, Andrew, were transparent every set of the way, and responsive in timely fashion to every one of my questions, by phone and email. I’m so happy I went with them during the stressful time of moving. No hidden fees or surprises. Thank you so much!

In all honesty Units is dependable and affordable. They helped is with our out of state move from VA to FL. The Unit was delivered in a timely manner. They assisted in finding us the manpower (again affordable). They are professional yet make you feel like family. Also, when we found that we needed another Unit due to too much “stuff” they delivered again in an expeditious manner. The ease of loading and unloading and the speed precision in which its performed is amazing. I highly recommend them for moving or storage needs. They also provide Units for Toys for Tots organization to move and distribute toys.

From the initial phone call, the long distance team was Amazing and set the time for my move. If you're debating between container companies like I was spend the extra money and go with Units! Trust me, a peace of mind is worth more than anything. My things arrived in Arizona exactly as I had packed them in Boston. They definitely delivered and are #1 in my book!

Excellent customer service and service overall. I used them to move from California to Colorado and now I’m about to use them again to go from Colorado to North Carolina. Their prices are competitive and the container with its barn doors allows you to pack more than some of the other container movers do. Love the little machine that places the container too. Very handy.

Long distance Units moving service was amazing. I also worked with the Sacramento office and the Phoenix office directly and all had great customer service and responsiveness and showed up on time and called in advanced to confirm all appts. very happy with all services provided.

I spent a lot of time searching for reliable and honest movers because I was worried after reading issues reported, like “hostage” situations or movers doubling the quoted price. After reading many positive reviews across different platforms, I decided to go with UNITS.

I used UNITS for my move from Arkansas to New Jersey. Even though the quote was slightly higher because they don’t have an office in Fayetteville, AR, the overall service was professional. Communication was frequent throughout, and the process was handled smoothly.

I would love to give them 5 start, but the reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of miscommunication. I was told that the container would be picked up after noon, but the driver arrived early in the morning and picked it up without contacting us first. Because of that, some of the items were left behind, and we had to transport them in our car, paying an extra $200 for auto movers.
Overall, you could trust UNITS over other movers.

I was very pleased with my experience with Units Moving and Portable Storage. Two storage units were recommended and they were the perfect sizes for my move from Wisconsin to Virginia. Delivery and pickup in Wisconsin were both on time and placement was ideal for loading. Instructions were given for opening and closing the Units. My home in Virginia is located in a wooded area off a narrow gravel road and the Units were delivered on time and placed perfectly for unloading. Additional storage time at my home was needed for unloading and was well accommodated by Units. Pickup was not deterred by a very rainy day when road conditions were not ideal. My contact with every representative of Units was exceptional. They were all very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Units Moving and Portable Storage.

We had an un expected, time sensitive and long move, PA to Fl. They were fantastic at coordinating everything for us and confirming every step of the move. Drop off, pick up, delivery, everything was smooth and the communication great. They also did not raise the price because of our situation. I know because i had quotes from all the other container type moving companies. We were worried and stressed and they were so understanding and accommodating as we slowly lost our minds in the move. I cant say enough good things about them and i am very grateful towards their team.

Excellent company!! Customer service like the old days - fast, knowledgeable and best of all helpful! From drop off to pickup they remained in contact with us delivered our container and not a thing was out of place. Top notch customer service from the whole team, especially Gina and Charlene! They managed my UNIT delivery with lots of communication and on time. I called last minute (after hours) to get a 3rd UNIT, and someone locally (Denver, CO) called me back on what to expect next with my last minute request, and they came through with that delivery 🙌🏽. When we got to the new state, the Louisville, KY warehouse, Kevin, was also highly communicative and the driver, Chris, came on time, every time with each UNIT. Can’t praise this company enough and I love how every one in different states worked uniformly to make my long distance move a smooth process

The communication from Units was great, the service was on time, careful with our belongings, and reasonable in price.

From start to finish, my interactions with the Units team was top notch! I moved from FL to KY and was VERY pleased with the move. They delivered the unit both to the original and final destinations exactly when they said they would, picked them up on time, and were very pleasant to work with through the whole process! Do not hesitate to use Units for a long distance move. Even with hiring movers to load and unload, the price was much less than having movers transport my contents.

UNITs came highly recommended by our StLouis-based realtor. They lived up to all our expectations. First off was the communications with the scheduling staff - both locally and at their national HQ. We moved two 16 foot UNITs containers from St Louis to Los Angeles area. We loaded the two containers about three months apart (storing one in STL until our house sold and we loaded the second container). The containers are modern, clean and the delivery personnel at both ends of the move were highly professional. What more can one say….great service, great equipment, good value for the dollar and overall great experience. Would certainly recommend them to anyone else looking to make a home move.
