They charged me for an item I didnt order and I notified them right away. I was told a refund was issued on Aug 7 and never was refunded and contacted them again and they told me Aug 22 it was processed and still nothing. Upon looking at reviews I see I am more than likely out of my money they took. Beware when buying from this company.

I fell for a facebook ad thinking it went to help veterans .. I should've really read these comments before ordering 3 shirts from them that I still have not received and its been 2 weeks.. guess this is my last time ordering from this website I guess and ever since I placed the order ive had 3 different transactions try to hit my card one for or 2 for jewelry and I forgot the other its time to report my card please everyone watch your bank bc I dont feel right with this website. a damn good website with great quality shirts my brother found and ordered from is grunt.com and proceeds actually go help vets

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! If I could give them zero Stars I would.
First and foremost they charged me an extra $10 for shipping that was not stated on my receipt. However they did refund the $10. Next, I noticed that the parcel was being shipped from China. So much for being patriotic. Lastly, after three and a half weeks of not receiving my item, my parcel was canceled! When I contacted customer service, their remedy was to send me another hoodie! I'm not interested in waiting 6 weeks to receive a hoodie that was made in China.

One of the worst products I’ve ever received, the shirts are simple polyester prints with seam seal on them and of the worst quality you’ll ever get. Avoid this site. Their refund policy states that they will not give you refunds. All sales are final again. Avoid this website.

Made the mistake of purchasing shirts and hoodies from these fraudsters. The hoodies were way too small. What was supposed to be an XL was a Medium at best, probably a youth size hoodie. Then when I wanted to return them they would only offer a 50%refund. Don't buy anything from these crooks. Cheap made Chinese garbage.

Order two shirts thinking it was to help veterans. They expedited my shipping after paying for shirts, tax and standard shipping. Increasing shipping by $9.78. Emailed their support, they offered some kind of automatic review caused the increase and said they would refund the increase to my payment method. Many emails regarding my order and the delays in shipping, 20 days later my order arrived from CHINA! Shirts were to small made from an unknown fabric. I trashed them immediately. And the refund promised… never posted back to my account. I think it is deplorable that a company would represent themselves as a family run patriotic business and behind the scenes hide and use China as a USA organization.

I really wish I had read these reviews before I wasted my money on this place. All I wanted to do was support American veterans and I got scammed into buying from some company in China. And just like the rest of these reviews I was charged triple the shipping cost they were supposed to charge and got the same runaround when I wanted my money back. I’ve not received my hoodie yet but I’m not looking forward to the horrible quality everyone says they are anyway.
Also, just a few hours ago their sister scam site mensrougue.com tried to charge my card $37.98 and thank God for my bank they flagged it and didn’t let these scammers steal more money from me. This was a huge mistake on my part and I learned a valuable lesson. I’m just thankful it was only a $30 lesson and not more. That’s bad enough as I work hard for the little money I have and horrible places like this have to steal from us

The site and ad was totally misleading. The shirts are supposed to be poly/cotton. What I got was 100% polyester crap. Even the sewing was poor quality. The shirts are discolored and shopped FROM China per the tag. What a scam!

They Offered $4.95 if I buy a second shirt at check out. I did, they charged me a second invoice of $24.95. the original invoice is 19.88. When I asked for them to credit me back the $24.95, they said the couldnt because that account was closed. Now 10 days later their sister company Handsomeassembly has charged me $39.97, I never placed an order for anything. Never recieved t-shirts from the original order. Absolute scum, BEWARE OF SCAM!!

Canceled my order same day but they still charged me for the order! Received a confirmation email that my order was canceled but…. Still trying to get my money back! This is a scam in the worst way by profiting off disabled veterans!!

Update: It’s been 12 days and still no refund!!!

They have been fantastic with me, shirts were not the right size for me, and they quickly replaced al of them with the correct size. And promptly!!
Yes, they come from China like everything else, But they do stand by their product!! I am a Fan for sure!!

I just ordered 2 shirts which were being advertised "on sale" for $9.99 each and was charged $34 by a company named whisperdress.com. Something very not right!! Pretty sure I just got scammed.

Would rate less if possible. Misrepresented as "9-Line" merch on clearance. Ordered several garments. Took over a month to arrive, as it was drop-shipped from China. Every piece was misshapen and sized, constructed of who knows what type of synthetic. Everything went directly into the trash.

They ship everything from China. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for an order that they took the money for right away. Stay away! Many more companies actually American based and American made to buy from.

NO! DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!! Added a serious upcharge without my consent and, three weeks later, there is no sign of a refund. I've now set up a dispute with my credit card company. Avoid at all costs!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars! Ordered my shirt it said 5$ shipping. Sweet cool. Checked out thing popped up saying hey do you want to ADD to your order another shirt of 5$ ok cool yep. Did that. Got an email 14.95$ shipping! What in the crap! Went and checked the website said 5$ ship. Got another email for the other shirt another 14.95$ shipping! I immediately canceled both orders! They said they dont give refunds! So no I have no shirts AND NO MONEY!

I ordered 3 shirts and they're horrible, I couldn't tell you what they're made of only that they feel like plastic cheese cloth, I wouldn't even feel comfortable wiping my ass with them. They're an absolute waste of money. They claim to be made in the USA and are absolutely made in China.

Checkout button says “review order” takes you to a pop up asking if you want to ADD a shirt for $4.95 and then charges a SECOND order CHARGING ANOTHER shipping fee ! Shipping fee is marked as $4.95 BUT they ACTUALLY charged $14.95 FOR NOW TWO ORDERS !

Charged me double for shipping, the shirt was trash quality, and even though it was tagged as the size I ordered it actually fit three sizes too small. Then low and behold, my card was hacked and used for fraudulent charges within a couple of weeks of this order. I know it was them because it was the only thing I had used that card for in months.
