United Legal Assistance were very helpful, polite and made the whole process stress free from organising collection of my vehicle and delivery of my courtesy vehicle to ensure that I had minimal downtime and still able to get out on the road to service my clients.

It’s never a good situation to have a vehicle deemed not drivable.

However with the help of Jane it was made virtually stress free from start to finish. Throughout the entire process of starting the claim, to repairs being carried out and finally having the vehicle returned Jane was constantly communicating with myself to keep me updated.
Any queries I had all got dealt with immediately.

The service provided to me was excellent and I will not hesitate to use this service again. (Hopefully not for a long time).

My vehicle was deemed undriveable after I was crashed into from behind on a roundabout. I was completely not at fault and they managed to get me into a hire vehicle the same day which meant I could get straight back to work. Really helpful company would use again if I am unlucky enough to be in another accident.
