Hoping to write a glowing review
For now, I'm awaiting to see the new outcome before I can write my conclusions.
They seem to take pride in what they do eventually and are keen to help. So I'm hoping they keep their work and help me after introducing a terrible waste of time company named COGENT HIRE to handle my claim initially.
Sorry also I just noticed you wrote 18 days use...... NO NO NO it was sat awaiting assistance on a replacement/ solution.
Only used for 1 day!

We were pleased to be able to assist with sourcing a hire vehicle for you, and we did our best to assist you when you reported a fault with the vehicle, after using it for 18 days.
In order to be given a replacement vehicle, or to arrange vehicle recovery, it is usually a requirement that our customers must promptly provide certain documents and information to us, as if they do not, problems such as the ones mentioned can occur.

amazing service
Had an accident this morning. I spoke to Jamie on the phone who was so lovely and professional. He showed so much empathy and really calmed my nerves and guided me through the process. Recovery of my car was arranged swiftly for me and a hire car was also arranged to be delivered within a few hours of the accident. This was amazing service and I cannot recommend Jamie and ULA more
