My order was out of stock and they replaced it for a new model without extra cost. Took longer that I wanted, had to be a bearded guy for a few days, but I'm very happy with communications and the way they solved the issue.
To me, a sign that a vendor may be trusted is not necessarily when all goes to plan, but when one has a problem. How does the seller respond and handle the situation and is the outcome satisfactory. In the case of Unisex Groom I can attest that my problem was handled swiftly and in a friendly and charming manner. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.

Hi Justine, I am really sorry to hear your dissatisfaction with the delivery of your product. Your item was dispatched over a week ago and should have been with you by now. However, there are delays with AusPost parcel delivery for everyone in Victoria at this time. I really wish there is a way I can be of help to get your item to you sooner, however, the delays and restrictions are something totally out of our control. Your tracking details show that the item will be with you within the next 4 business days. Please be a bit more patient with the delivery. It will eventually arrive.
