When I ordered the electric oven…
When I ordered the electric oven online, they called me back to arrange delivery and did their best to accommodate my hours. There is good communication between seller and clients and you get a very good service. I recommend this company for the service and also for their range of products.

Excellent overall experience
Excellent overall experience – with just one small hiccup.
I placed my fridge order over the phone on a Monday, and the process couldn’t have been easier. Joe, the gentleman who assisted me, was absolutely wonderful professional and made everything feel effortless.
The only issue we encountered was with the delivery communication. We were originally told the fridge would arrive on Wednesday, but the schedule changed and unfortunately, no one contacted us to let us know. A quick call or update would’ve gone a long way, as we ended up waiting unnecessarily.
That said, when the fridge did arrive, the delivery team more than made up for it. The two young men who brought it were fantastic, kind, respectful and incredibly helpful. They not only delivered the new fridge, but also assisted my husband with removing the old one, took it away for disposal and ensured the new unit was placed exactly where it needed to go. They even helped carry it down a few stairs, which was above and beyond what we expected.
Overall, despite the minor communication lapse, we were very happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to order again.
