Ordered Hogan trainers online. Union 22 couldn’t be more helpful. They got in touch and advised me to size down as they’re a big fit.
20 hours later, trainers arrived at my door and fit perfectly.

Hi Layla,
We received your request why $58 was deducted from your refund, as we explained in email this included both your original shipping cost $21 (this non refundable unless there is a fault with the goods in the US, UK and worldwide).
Then the returns cost was roughly $36 through our portal from your location in the US, this is calculated by DHL depending on your location and again returns costs are at the cost of the customer as per our returns policy unless there is any fault with the goods.
In actual fact you paid for the item (+ shipping) then had the returns portal fee deducted for using our returns portal from the item value so it was $36. You were welcome to send it back via another method if it was cheaper.
I’m sorry the size wasn’t quite right for you, this item is noted on the product page size advisor as slim fit but we can’t guarantee sizes will always fit.
I’m sorry you feel like this deserves a 1 star review, you were subject to the same costs as everyone else we can’t make exemptions as we must be fair and equal with all customers.
Please let me know in advance if you need any help with sizes or fit before making your purchase, so I can help advise.
