Excellent customer service, there was an error with my order (which can always happen) but the way they dealt with it shows this company is brilliant. They dealt with it swiftly and professionally but more importantly added a personal touch with a hand written apology tucked in with my order, which was really appreciated, Dale kept in touch at every stage to keep me informed of what was happening, overall an excellent experience (order was over new year, and then had horrific snow which delayed delivery from courier, which wasn't union 22's fault). The clothes are excellent quality too!!!! Have ordered several times and never had an issue, has given me great confidence in ordering anything , as even if a mistake happens (which I don't think is often), it will be rectified immediately, 10 out of 10, keep up the fab work 💖
