I would like to give a shout out to kirk and roshanna for helping me get this tax free life ,my stress has vanished and im no longer supporting the demonic government.All i can say is thank u for helping me through this and leading me to a better life,awesome thank u.

I’ve looked into..researched if you will, a way to get out of this corrupt system we’ve all been trapped in for years. Kirk has perfected the system of using the IRS’s own codes and laws against them.
We pulled the trigger after seeing our friend hosting Mr. Carmichael on his Rumble show. I’ve never felt so relieved to be done.
I told my tax accountant taxes were going away and she said, “good luck with that”. I just laughed and said, yep, I won’t be filing anymore.

Sounds too good to be true, but after much research and then making the commitment to give it a shot, I’m very happy with the results and the support from UNA! Worth every penny!

I am 66 and my wife 68, we are both still working and making more than we have ever made and trying to retire someday. Unincorporated Associations may just have made it possible sooner than later. It took me quite sometime to pull the trigger on my UNA, even after watching videos over and over to leave it was true. Kirk and his team have been amazing to work with, and their knowledge goes way beyond taxation laws and have helped me protect my investments. Working with Unincorporated Associations (UNA) to establish my Unincorporated Non-Profit Association and complete my Revocation of Election (ROE) has been one of the most empowering steps of my life. The moment I sent off my ROE in the mail, I felt a massive weight leave my shoulders, and a rush of excitement from standing for my unalienable rights. People always talk about making a stand, being a patriot, etc. Getting a unincorporated association and sending your ROE is doing that at the most fundamental level. You cant stand for others rights before reclaiming your own.

Three years ago I learned that the IRS was a Puerto Rican Corporation and the money you sent to the IRS was not even going to the Federal Government! It was washed through the Federal Reserve and distributed through out the central banks and then later given back to the Federal Reserve so they could loan it to the US Government! What a fraud! It was used for Child trafficking and other nefarious and unethical situations! I could no longer support the the Government IRS collection! As a devout Christian who Loves the Lord with all my heart I cannot have my money go to this! When I heard about 'Kirk' on the 'LitL talk show with Brad Barton' I inquired about the solution. I'd have to say I was a little nervous about the experience at first because I had been involved with things like this before and it didn't work out so well. And then after I got my UNA, the business name was not correct. But I called Albert and Kirk and discussed the problem with them. They made everything right for me and I praise God for people such as this. It makes me feel much better about my decision to work with them and get my ministry established. I appreciated how responsive and knowledgable they were. It's such a big subject with complexities that take time to understand so it was helpful being walked through it all. My emails are always responded to within a day. I really feel like I am getting the support that was promised when signing up.

They really go out of their way to welcome you to the community. The learning never stops with zoom meetings and member chats, you get the information you need with paying to speak with an a attorney directly and the associated fees. Although, I'm sure that is still an option should you so choose.

I was able to get both unincorporated nonprofit associations set up with bank accounts. I mailed off the revocation of elections. I'm a little bit freer after today. The support is incredible. God bless you, Kirk and Team!

I have gotten confirmation on everything that kirk said. Even prior to actually purchasing the u n a kirk and roshana, both have not only answered all of my questions, but reached out to me on several occasions.Even with a personal phone call to ensure that any and all of my questions were answered, my concerns were validated. Kirk does a phenomenal job supporting his clients. There are also focus groups set up that share information on a variety of topics. I’ve never had a question go unanswered. There’s so much to learn from all the other people’s experiences. Excellent program!

I think there could be straightforward training videos, including written instructions on how to set up bank acct, what do with real estate, crypto accounts, etc. I think the group is still evolving. Sometimes the calls are too long to listen in. The staff is great. They usually answer texts promptly. Startup documents sent to me in timely manner.

My wife and I had been praying for years to find a solution to a problem we referred to as "Getting our money out of jail". This is what how we felt about the large sum of money we had in Traditional IRA's. Our prayers were answered one evening when watching one of Brad's podcasts on Rumble where he introduced us to Kirk and Unincorporated Associations (UA). Kirk's presentation resonated with us and we continued to get more info on the 6 day a week Zoom Q&A's. What we learned was that UA/Kirk has a permanent remedy to revoke the "election" we made years ago where we "elected" our way into the Tax Club and help get our IRA $$ "out of jail". We made the decision to "jump in" in May 2025. The whole process has been smooth and straight forward. Kirk and his staff have helped us every step of the way and we are very grateful we found them.
