The very supportive and flexible after-sales service of this company means that buying second hand lab equipment does not have to be a "buyer beware" experience. Their team are very knowledgeable and work efficiently to solve any after sales issues, or will find an alternative piece of equipment. Our department is preparing to relocate our labs to new facilities so we have identified lots of unsused and obsolete equipment that we don't want to take with us. UniGreenScheme reps happened to be on-site the day I sent them an enquiry, so they popped over and we walked though the labs. Within days, the wheels were in motion, with very little work needed on our side and frequent coomunications. It then wasn't long before we set a date for collection. On the day, the team arrived fully equipped to safely handle the equipment in a polite, professional and sensitive way. It has been a really positive experience for us- the thought that our unwanted items can be reused (rather than thrown in a landfill!) while returning some money back to us, the impressive speed that it was all completed in and the great team at UniGreenScheme. I would very highly recommend.

I enquired about cryostat components they had available. The team were very helpful and once a quote was agreed, they removed the parts (confirmed everything was correct via email) and quickly delivered them to me. I would definitiely recommend using this company again for other laboratory items.

UniGreenScheme is unique at providing equipment that has been discontinued but is still essential for specific applications, as well as offering parts for equipment that is no longer in production. I have always had a positive experience with them and am very satisfied with the service.

I love this company. They collect all the stuff Uni labs don't need any more and offer it for sale at usually realistic prices. if the asking prices are too much, they will always be ready to do some bargaining. Packing has always been bulletproof and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful.

In short, as a repeat customer I highly recommend these people.

I purchased a significant amount of scientific equipment from Unigreene. At all stages the staff were extremely helpful. Queries I had were even answered in the evenings and at weekends. The prices were very reasonable and the kit arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. In addition they provided me with pat tested power leads and links online to the relevant manuals. I definitely intend to use them again.
