You refuse returns.
You refuse returns. I tried to cancel the original order but was told they couldn't cancel it but I could return it for a refund after it arrived. When I tried to return it, I was told the warehouse is not accepting returns. Unigear sucks and I'll never buy from you ever again.

Not a happy customer
The ones I ordered weren't available even though the website gave it as an option. When contacted by customer service, they were very short with me and only wanted to issue a refund. I asked to pick from available stock and was given 3 choices that all looked very similar. I don't even know if my order was processed or sent as I haven't received any updates. I hope to get my hammocks before my camping trip in 2 weeks but it looks like I probably won't.

Es wurde leider die falsche Farbe…
Es wurde leider die falsche Farbe geliefert. Ich habe extra über ihre Seite direkt bestellt, weil es auf Amazon die Farbe Mintgrün nicht gab. An der Haustür wurde vom Lieferanten etwa 7€ für Zoll verlangt. Dieser konnte nicht wechseln, also habe ich 10€ Zoll gezahlt dafür, dass die falsche Farbe (rosa anstatt grün) geliefert wurde. Ich bin äußerst unzufrieden und sehr traurig.
Vielleicht können sie mir ja eine kleine Entschädigung zukommen lassen. Meine kleine Schwester hat sich explizit die Farbe grün gewünscht. Als sie dann an Heiligabend ihren Handwärmer in der Farbe rosa auspackte war sie sehr traurig und wollte das Geschenk nicht annehmen. Ich bin äußerst enttäuscht.

Ich habe ein Handwärmer bestellt. Der ist sehr robust and ich freue mich darauf ihn im Winter zu benutzen. Auch, kann ich mein Handy aufladen.
