Please read ENTIRE review ref. sizing

The delivery was really fast (2 days after ordering), but the sizing is atrocious. I ordered a size 12 senior girls trousers for my daughter (She’s a size 10 but I sized up just in case). The trousers don’t even go halfway up the thighs. They are NOT designed for anyone with a figure at all. Honestly I think the only way I’d get any to fit her from here is to buy a size 18, which as you can imagine, would cause all sorts of issues for a teenager.

Excellent customer service

I had issues with gaining one part of a school uniform from both the shop and online for a long time. I got in touch and they kept my name on file for when stock arrived. When stock arrived they immediately rang me and arranged stock to be delivered, with next day delivery. Excellent communication and service.

Great experience

Very nice staff to deal with at the shop. For items that were out of stock they took my number and called me when they were due back in the warehouse.
Online delivery was within 24 hours which was incredible. Very impressed.

Fantastic Customer Service

From Sending A Email Regarding A Size Skirt Not Stocked Online and Enquiring If It Was Possible To Get One,The Amazing Service Starts From There.
The Cusomer Care Given Is Not Only Helpfull But A Real Changer In Teaching Others How It Should Be Done !!
Can't Recommend Using This Company Enough.
5 Starts Doesn't Seem Enough They Deserve 10 👊🤝👏
