Beyond my expectation
Customer service was really helpful. I know that things might take time to be delivered during this Covid-19 Pandemic but they offered me DHL Express Shipping with free of charge. I’m really happy with the products and the exceptional service they provided. Will surely buy more stuff from Unilovers!

I will never order from them again. I ordered a comforter and got a cheap sheet and two pillowcases,I paid almost 160 dollars for something I could have gotten from Walmart. Very unhappy signed Terry Buchanan

I was never sent a tracking number…
I was never sent a tracking number until i asked for one. Once i recieved and tried the tracking number it's saying they dont have a order or the tracking number is wrong wrong. It's been over 10 days still have not received, ordered 2 customised blankets and 4 customised pillows from pottery barns for my 2 boys and received in 4 days i regeret ordering from here my daughter is very upset after seeing my daughter in tears I just don't know what to do.

Mood clock does not light up , so no colour change
The three parcels arrived in a reasonable time , the transfer, umbrella, but the mood clock is working but does not light up so does not change colours, which was the main purpose of purchasing it so is a bit disappointing
