Great customer service once I managed to get their attention
Bought a couple of sheets over the summer. One developed a hole in it first time we used it. Tried to contact the company via email (no other options available) got absolutely no response to my request for a refund or replacement. After writing a trustpilot review highlighting the lack of responsiveness, I then did receive an email requesting a copy of my original email. The next day I got a phone call from Miriam apologising for the lack of initial response and a speedy refund. Miriam said that they had been unable to find my original email, and I took that at face value. Very happy with the sheet that doesn’t have a hole in it and will place another order to replace the one with the hole in it. A small company doing their best that deserves support in these difficult times.

Danke für deine Bewertung und deine Rückmeldung zur Verpackung, welche wir zur Kenntnis nehmen. Wir sind sehr darauf bedacht, der Umwelt zuliebe in der Verpackung kein Plastik einzusetzen. Deshalb ist die Bettwäsche zum Schutz in wiederverwendbaren Stoffsäckchen verpackt.
Kunden erhalten nach Einkauf automatisch eine Kaufbestätigung per E-mail, sowie eine Bestätigung sobald die Waren verschickt worden sind. Hast du diese nicht erhalten? Bitte melde dich jederzeit bei uns per E-mail (hello@undercoverliving.com) wenn du die Rechnung in einem anderen Format benötigst oder wir dir die Bestätigungsmails nochmals schicken können.

Outstanding Customer Service
I had terrible issues with courier company for my order. Nothing at all to do with Undercover, entirely the fault of the courier. Customer Services at Undercover were fabulous - friendly, professional and very helpful. Kept me updated and sorted the issue out. Very impressed. The products themselves are beautiful.
