Be very careful. My wife ordered a product from this company.
1. What she got was not what she ordered: (ordered undercare intertrigo relief cream. Got -Healora Intertrigo relief cream.
2. Unknown to her they set it up as a subscription
3. The email address they provide gets a response that says "Mail delivery failed" i.e e-mail does not work.
4. There is no provision on their website to cancel the subscription
5. There is a link on their site to send a message, which we have done, we await a response.

Knock off from other brands- mine came with sticky on label with a different ‘brand’ on it - Helora- so wasn’t called Undercare. Didn’t work. Asked for refund under their “ 90 day guarantee”. Havnt heard a word from them. Avoid

Perfectly okay cream which actually does reduce itching. The problem comes with trying to cancel the subscription they automatically set up. The website link doesn't work and emails to the 'help' line doesn't exist. I have cancelled it with my bank, but basically this company is a scam which is weird because it's product is okay. Usually in these cases the product is rubbish, so what a waste of their time. I am sure people would rebuy anyway.

Useless item. The label on the tube is not by undercare but another company that is selling a lot cheaper on Amazon £7.99 compared to the undercare website at £32.99.
Scam company that does not reply to any emails and as there is no business address it is difficult to report them. But I have reported to Citizens Advice, Trading Standards etc.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. DO NOT PURCHASE. Customer Service emails bouncing back. No ability to stop or cancel subscription. False information. SCAM

If I could give this company 0 I would. I did not subscribe to a subscription but over £32 has been taken from my account today. Bank will not do anything at the moment because the payment is still pending. I have emailed 3 times and no reply. Sent an email tonight and email address is not found. I am so very angry. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Beware. They will con you.

If I could give it with NO stars, I would. Did not sign up for reoccurring orders, getting charged anyway. PLUS, I never got my merchandise, even after over a month, then got another notice from bank that they charged me a second time, still without the merchandise! Looked my orders up online, which indicated .....they were on the way! The only way to contact these people is via email, and I have several times, but they do not reply. Have filed a claim with the bank and now have blocked further charges with this company.

Awful, awful company DID NOT set up a subscription and they've set one up and as I was not aware became overdrawn at bank. Have emailed at least 8 times but no response and the cancel button doesnt work-there is no way to cancel.

This company leads you in with great reviews but fails on one really important thing THEY DON'T TELL YOU ABOUT THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. Then dont give you the ability to stop the monies coming out of your bank. Keeps saying url is wrong. Emailed the help service x2. With no reply.

The product isn't that great either. You can get same product

A friend mentioned Undercare for my wife who has been suffering with symptoms for the last year. She tried the cream and within a few days her symptoms started fading away. She now uses this product in her daily routine consistently, noticing a huge difference.

The same product I have received from this company (Intertrigo relief cream) is available on Amazon and at literally half the price ( £15 instead of £32) Their promotion of this product is disingenuous profiteering. I would have done a comparison of prices had they identified the product instead of using their own labelling to obscure the true identity of the product. They also automatically subscribe you unless you deliberately unsubscribe. Also a sharp practice. Under no circumstances should you do business with this company. I am making a report to trading standards.

I got this for my mum who has been complaining about her rash, she also gets it under her armpits in which Undercare worked there as well.

It arrived a bit late but customer service was good, thankful for this as she has been having this a year or so.

Within a a week of using Undercare the burning had calmed down and by the second week it had almost completely gone. What I noticed is that it actually dries out the area rather than leaving it wet and sticky like every other cream.

I am so glad I decided to “risk” an online purchase. I typically prefer not to buy anything online unless from a company I already know. I bought their Healora Intertrigo Relief cream in advance of summer this year, based on cracked, red, extremely sore skin folds which ruined many hot days last year, and I am so glad I did! We recently had just one really hot sweaty day, and by the evening the agonising cracked skin was back, very red and extremely sore. I used their soap and then the cream. The instructions do say not to use on cracked skin, and of course it stung a bit on the open parts, but using it twice a day for 2-3 days the pain is gone and the whole area is much improved. Still have a red line under the bra area, and it is recommended to keep using it as a precaution a couple of times a week. Which I will do.
I don’t typically buy online and I almost never write a review, but I would have been glad to read this before I tried it, so I thought I would share this information with others who may suffer in sweaty heat too. Buy it! It will help!
Just be careful when ordering. I accidentally set up a subscription- which I didn’t want. However, Customer Support were very responsive and removed it for me immediately.

Delighted with the product.
Yes it took longer than expected but it was worth it after all.
The cream is really helping me overcome my rash insecurities.

I ordered from this company based on reviews. They signed me up to a monthly subscription without informing me. The cream arrived after 4 weeks and is useless. I tried on numerous times to contact them as,manage subscription wouldn't open said url wrong. I was able to stop further payments from my bank. Only then did they email me back...I would stay away from this company.

As others have already said this company are a scam. They signed me up to a subscription without my knowledge. Fortunately my bank did not pay as I cannot cancel despite several emails to them. The manage subscription button does not work. I managed to delete my card details. Do not buy from these scammers.

I got my package very fast and gonna use it. I will tell you guys how I feel after I use!!

Took some time to come.. however very happy with the cream!
After the first week, there were no signs of improvement… I remained patient and kept applying the cream everyday.
2 weeks in and I am finally seeing results- almost healed!
