Fantastic tailored skin care!!

This is the first product I've found that actually works for my skin. Loved the questionnaire and how easy it was to get set up, I had a few little tech issues but they got sorted really quickly. The product is really simple to use and as someone who has tried every skincare product out there, it's really nice to just have one and stick to it. I'm saving loads of money and my skin looks great!

I had a wonderful experience with Uncouth! The online consultation forms were easy to understand and I was recommended products that are suitable to my skin. After being on their anti-aging range for the last 3 months I have noticed an immense improvement in my skin texture and many of my colleagues and friends have commented on the smoothness of my skin! They were quick to respond when I had any queries on how to use the products, would recommend!

This business insist on taking your money upfront. Then you’ll wait a while for the results of your online consultation. Then if they decide the product you’re interested in isn’t suitable for you, they’ll say they’ll refund you but I haven’t had my refund yet. I’ve chased and they’ve said it could be 5-10 days…I feel very uneasy about this business and whether I will get my refund. They don’t inspire trust and confidence at all.

What a brilliant product. I love Uncouth so much. The team are easy to communicate with, are friendly and speedy with replies. The actual product is brilliant, my skin looks and feels great. I’ve been using since the beginning of 2024, and have loved it. I think it’s worth remembering that this is a very new company so there have been a few bugs in their website but nothing that can’t be fixed with a quick email. This is great way to get prescription skincare & dermatologist’s advice, delivered to your door for a great price.

I'm so happy with my Uncouth experience! The subscription and consultation process are straightforward and the tailored formula has been excellent for my skin. I was worried that the more intense actives (I had never used retinoids or hydroquinone) would make my skin react but the base formula is really hydrating and gentle so I haven't had any bad reactions.
I had some issues with the website but upon emailing customer service, they guided me through the issues (turns out its an AVG problem not actually their website as it works on devices without AVG). I think they're pretty new on the scene and are ironing out some little tech issues but they are so helpful and responsive by email or on their facebook group.

Fantastic product that has revolutionised my skin. Love the 30ml bottle that lasts me nearly 3 months so much cheaper than what I used to use from another supplier. Website issues seem to have been fixed and customer service very responsive when you do have any issues.

I've been using my personalised formula from Uncouth for 4 months now and my skin has never looked or felt better! My complexion has evened out which is what I mainly wanted it for, and my forehead wrinkles have reduced. My skin looks so much healthier now, I'm really happy with the difference in it. The team at Uncouth are very helpful, I was worried when I first started using the formula as I had a mild reaction to it (dry skin and peeling, totally normal as my formula contains tretinol). I contacted them and got really helpful advice and support immediately.
