Extremely condescending treatment from customer service. My order was simply cancelled by UncleSeiko. They're really dragging the Seiko name through the mud. No one should buy anything from them anymore, just to restore some appreciation for the brand. I can only advise everyone against spending their money in such an arrogant store.

Bought a jubilee bracelet from Uncle Seiko for my Seiko SKX. It cost nearly £80. Sharp edges and a nasty clasp (despite buying the milled clasp option). Uncomfortable. I have a cheap jubilee off a £50 watch (the whole watch) from AliExpress that is better quality. No point in complaining to Uncle Seiko as they’re not going to remanufacture the bracelet for me. Too much hassle to return it from the UK. Clearly Uncle Seiko are happy selling a jubilee bracelet that is poorer quality than you can pick up on AliExpress for £10. Uncle Seiko know what they are doing and apparently don’t care.

I bought a bracelet for my Seiko Presage to replaces the poor quality leather strap it comes with.
Looks great, but the tolerances of the links aren't that good. The links get stuck and the bracelet has not that articulation as I hoped for. The clasp is ok, but gives you minimal adjustment. Only 3 positions.
No screwed links, but push pins.
I liked to pay a bit more for a better quality.
But the worst thing is that my 3 Star review wasn't published on the Uncle Seiko website. I placed the same review with 5 Stars and it was published. OMG.
Think what you want, I buy a similar and way better quality bracelet at Long Island Watches...

Bought the razorwire strap. Uses the dumb collar structure. Didn't realise this...Lost collars resizing. Now its. $75 paperweight.

In many years of collecting watches, I was never treated as poorly as I was by the owner of unclestraps.com website
Larry Bouligny, he was extremely rude and unproffesional.
I am returning customer.
I have placed 2 orders with them in the past.
Back in 2024 the second order i placed - i had to return, unworn, unsized bracelet was sent back to them for a return.
I noticed the refund was $4.50 less than the original amount i paid.
So i reached out to customer service via email, asking for full refund.
They informed me that per their “policy” they have to charge back the $4.50 that they had originally spent to ship the bracelet back to me. I told them i do not agree to such “policy” I asked them to provide full refund.
Honestly, i never ever checked if i received the $4.50 back.
Now, fast forward to April 2025, i place my order for $135 - and it gets canceled because of that $4.50 they refunded!
They flagged me as “bad customer” because i asked them for full refund!
Larry Bouligny told me that they “would consider” selling to me again.
It sounded like i needed to “earn the right to be their customer”!
No, thanks, i will go elsewhere for my straps and bracelets.
After speaking to a few fellow enthusiasts, i learned that they too had ver unpleasant customer service experience with Unclestraps.
This brand is really suffering from its owner’s arrogant and selfish EGO.

Sarb033 jubilee bracelet, extremely poor quality and not enough removable links , clasp won't close properly. Curved rubber strap for skx broke after a month. Not worth the price. President style skx bracelet felt extremely cheap. Terrible all around experience.

I purchased a half-link for my SSC813 Seiko Speedtimer watch and it is absolutely perfect. The finish of the metal is completely matching to the rest of the band, great movement, and holding up just as well as the rest. I am beyond happy with this product and so glad they offer half-link sizes since the watch was just barely too loose or too tight for me.

I purchased a bracelet for my Hamilton Murph and it’s superb. It absolutely makes the watch and transports it way above the leather it comes with. Very, very happy.

Love the quality of the straps! they are soft and maleable but more importantly they are true reproduction to the original ones used in the Seiko watches of the 1960s & 1970s. Any Seiko fan will appreciate these straps to wear on vintage and modern diving watches. I highly recommend “Uncle Seiko” for their quality product and outstanding customer service.

Bought a president style bracelet and a curved rubber strap for my skx013, the bracelet felt very cheap and it didn't have enough removable links to get a good fit. The curved rubber strap started to deform after a few months of use, it would no longer conform to the lugs causing that end to jutt out. Needless to say I've been using the stock bracelet ever since.

I also purchased a jubilee bracelet for the Sarb 033 and this one had the weirdest problem. Since this bracelet tapers, the more links you remove the wider the remaining links are. However, the clasp it comes with can't accommodate the wider links inside it, so it can only sit atop those links in an unsightly manner.

Very unhappy overall with the brand. Purchased 3 items and each one disappointed big time. Which is surprising because it came highly recommended from prominent YouTubers. Anyways, I will not be considering this brand again.

Bracelets for the Tudor Black Bay do not fit. They are not machined to properly fit. I ended up scratching my new BB. Had to dispute the charge because their customer care is so bad. Don’t buy Uncle Seiko. It’s too bad because there is a demand for their products, but they are made so poorly you shouldn’t buy them no matter how much you want to.

This so called "uncle seiko" is an absolute disgrace.
Strap tore in half within a day, absolutely destroying my beloved vintage Seiko Diver which was my late fathers and irreplaceable.
Sent 5 emails over 3 weeks and still no reply.
Do not waste your time and hard earned on this complete con man and his shoddy merchandise!

Horrible customer service. Sent me a beads of rice with uneven holes in the end links. The end links were poorly sized and got jammed on my alpinist. Only a partial refund offered for their defective product. Customer service was unhelpful and ghosted me after I sent two polite emails.

Ordered flat bracelet from uncle for my new acquired 3861, scratches on both lugs due to the unfitted end links. Talked with uncle, even sent pics and video clips, and picture this: “so many people are so dump, they cannot even install a bracelet properly.” I am not sure how a business can operate with only blind confidence and without quality products and services.

Rubber strap snapped after only 4 days. Ridiculous!

First off- fantastic quality and a beautiful strap. After years of wearing it, I had torn my strap and tried my luck emailing customer service. They answered almost immediately and sent (far away to Israel) me a brand new strap. Best service experience I had. I highly recommended.

Uncle seiko really cares about his customers and do everything is his power to make sure that the bracelet is in order and that you receive great customer support if you have any issues.

This is definitely not the last time i will buy a Uncle Seiko bracelet

2 purchases with Uncle Seiko form overseas. Second time there were some problems with customs but Larry was quick to help on email.
