Placed a recent Christmas gift order and received it with a small issue, however was dealt with very promptly and professionally by customer service via email. Was very happy with the outcome. Would definitely purchase again.

The bracelet material seemed cheaper than shown. The standard size came smaller than advertised and did not fit. Customer service did not help.

The review on this company is a 100% fraud. The product in the company site are counterfeits to what is being delivered with no return process on the site. The return policy is a fraud as none exists to return purchased item. I purchased products which at delivery are inferior and fake from what is described or seen on the website. Do not be a victim.

I have ordered twice from Luminessa and both times it was the same necklace which they get done beautifully. The quality is wonderful too. The gold vertical bar necklace feels a good weight, not flimsy and light so a great bargain for the price!
