I recently used this company for a blocked drain issue, and I was extremely impressed with the service I received.

The young gentleman who came out to deal with the blockage was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do before starting the work, which I found very reassuring.

One thing that made the process much easier was that he had a card payment machine with him, which is quite unusual these days with many tradespeople. It meant I didn’t need to find cash and was able to pay by credit card if needed. When unexpected and urgent expenses arise, having that option available is incredibly helpful.

The work was completed professionally, the area was left clean and tidy, and the problem was resolved quickly and efficiently.

What impressed me even more was that the office contacted me afterwards to make sure the job had been completed correctly and that I was happy with the service. That level of follow-up demonstrates excellent customer service.

Well done to the entire team. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

Unblockers came on tuesday 7t july.

They arrived early and worked efficiently to clear the drains. They completed their work quickly and as soon as they had finished the nasry smell in the sinks had gone.
I would use them again but hope I don't need to!

Scott and Rob were terrific. They arrived on time, were very courteous and polite. I explained the problem and they immediately got on with the work.
They identified the potential problem, within minutes of arrival, but carried on, to test everything else, so nothing was left to chance, but within a few minutes more, they had identified the main problem. They provided such a brilliant service. I have passed on your Company name to friends and family, as a company that is honest and trustworthy. Great service the workman was polite,tidy efficient and got the problem sorted in no time would definitely recommend and use again.

GREAT.....CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD CLEARED THE BLOCKAGE TIDED UP AND WENT COULD'NT ASK ANYMORE .

Engineer was friendly, efficient and explained in detail what he was going to do. He then unloaded his kit and using the technology showed us the state of the drain right up to the main drain. He explained that the drain could use a good flush out and that the pipe had a few cracks that could use a fix. He explained that because it was a shared drain that the water company ST should do all the work he identified free of charge, that I just needed to contact them.

Very friendly and helpful and did the job really well

Very helpful staff ,made sure everything was running properly ,expected everything and give very good advice to stop it happening again .

Sewerage water running down your drive
Not what you want to find, so called unblockers.net. They soon arrived and had their drain jetter unblocking it. All done so quickly and most of the smell gone. They even put a camera down the pipe to show you the problem.
Could not ask for more, nice staff doing a horrible job , real professionals.

Really excellent service from both the office staff and the on call engineer. James the engineer arrived very quickly. He was able to assure me in minutes that the problem was a leaking hydrant under an unmarked inspection cover, not a blocked surface water drain. He helped me contact SWW to report the issue.

Great experience with this company...they tried to move jobs to fit in to help when we had a flooded drain. Turned up on time (early actually!) and dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. Would 100% recommend
