Don't buy from Ultra Football, they supplied me with a faulty boot where delamination occurred after only a few times wearing them, between the the soleplate and the boot upper. They refused to accept a Return even though I wanted to spend the money with them again to buy another pair of boots. Impersonal copy & paste replies from a so called customer service team, terrible experience for a customer who has spent thousands of dollars with them over a number of years.

Awesome experience

Had to make a change to the size of the football boots I ordered which the CS team did swiftly, order was shipped out and received in NZ within 4 business days. Really stoked with the level of service.

Ultra Football is not an authorised retailer of Nike in Australia, their Nikes are not genuine.

I do not recommend this store.

There are no options to cancel your order online. You need to contact customer service on a number that doesn't work.

Terrible customer service with a phone number that never connects and the email interactions are just a premade scrip they send as a reply.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. Ordered shoes in mid-March, took them a week to say they couldn't deliver to the supplied address. Shoes eventually arrived, but were the wrong size. Since UF don't offer refunds or free returns I had to pay $8 shipping, wait for my shoes to be returned, processed, then wait for replacements to ship out. The whole exchange process took so long I ended up missing a few rounds of indoor. Took FIVE WEEKS in total to get my shoes, and that's only with me chasing them up every couple of days. Never shopping here again.

Stick with somewhere more reputable, that allows for free returns and cancellations with no hassles.

I purchased something with a parcel collect address. Nowhere on their website states they can't deliver to one, only PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. But this isn't even the main problem. You would expect an email the next day about such matter, try a week, but only because YOU emailed. Worst customer service I ever had to deal with, practically nonexistent. Don't know why they wouldn't contact me ASAP. If they couldn't deliver to an address, how long would it take for them to email you if you hadn't first? Probably never! Also a made up rule as well. Adidas AU states they can't deliver to PO boxes and parcel lockers as well, yet they deliver to my parcel collect address, why can't these guys? Also if you miss a delivery at home, where do they normally deliver to? The post office for later collection anyway! LMAO

Emailed back immediately when they emailed me, saying I was unhappy with the service, wish to cancel, called them out on the fact that what they said in the email was a new rule that was not present on the website. Haven't heard a reply back since, it's been 5 days and counting, have a hunch they are ghosting me, unwilling to cancel, super slow, it's been two weeks overall, feels like I'm buying something from overseas if it's taking this long... extremely impatient and frustrated, feels like they just took the money out of my wallet and ran...

Do not buy from here! Purchase made online. Terrible communication and service, the only communication was that instigated by me trying to chase up my order, twice. Priority shipping is not actually a thing. The second time I contacted them was after 19 days (11 business days because they would not discuss anything until 10 business days had passed). The item was out of stock by then and my order was cancelled by them.

Before I ordered I read all the reviews and was very skeptical expecting to wait weeks for it to even ship out BUT ig they've got better at shipping. I ordered some superfly 9 elites, socks, etc. and took 2-3d to ship out but once shipped arrived from Melbourne to NZ the next morning no issues with the order everything came boots correct size etc.

I did place a second order for some clothing and club jerseys and a few others that hasn't shipped yet so ig if you need jerseys asap expect a slight delay but also there was like 200+ orders in the 11h between the two so could jst be busy rn with the season starting. everything else is good and shipping is crazy fast once processed.

100% best football shop in OCE just need to open a store in NZ now

there is no customer services at all. high-end soccer ball last less than 4 months. no reply to email and no answer phone call. will never use this shop again.

Ordered a few jerseys from teams which you would never find anywhere else, including FC Augsburg and Ternana Calcio. The delivery was quick and everything was in order.

It's a legit website and company. Kit's are real and top quality, however, their customer service lacks so hard. It takes them so long to ship out an order, well out of the estimated time. Getting in contact with them isn't too hard, but the team is just rude about it.

If I could give them ZERO Stars I would. I bought three pairs of boots online as soon as they were listed. After 2 weeks of nothing, I contact them online. A reply comes a day later to say, they don't have stock and would I like to pick something else or store credit. I can request a refund also. No explanation of why. These guys are a bunch of shonks with VERY POOR customer service. I will never use this crowd again and I also will have to wait another 3-5 business days for them to refund my $1K. AVOID AVOID AVOID if you can. Don't get your hopes up that you will actually get what you pay for.

I will give them less than 1 star for their terrible online service. I paid for a product online and received a confirmation email to confirm the order but I could not track it. I emailed them to check what happened and was very surprised as they said it was out of stock.

It's poor and dishonest!

Shocking service. Ordered over a half dozen items all advertised as in stock. Over a month waiting and still no delivery. Impossible to contact customer service and when they do respond it's simply, "sorry, very busy, wait longer". This online store is a borderline scam.

Terrible service AVOID!
I ordered a jersey with a custom name and number. Received a plain jersey, complained to ultrafootball and they said it is not an option. Went back to website and the option is no longer there. Now they are basically telling me I am a liar and will not offer me a refund only store credit. If they had of simply told me before dispatch that they stuffed up I would have canceled the order, instead they changed my order and sent out something i did not want.

The store itself is very good, great staff and great selection, the online store on the other hand is poor.
I ordered a pair of boots $400+ for my son’s birthday. I ordered them 17 days before the date as it specified the delivery would be 14 days maximum. After a few emails with no solution, I got an email the day before his birthday saying the item was out of stock. Why on earth does it take over two weeks to tell me they were out of stock…. The official store is great, the online store is useless.

This is my first ever review for anything, and clearly Ultra Football got me offside today. Why I won’t be returning nor will I or suggest to my family or friends to purchase future vouchers from here. The fact their policy dose not allow you to use more than one voucher is beyond me. Especially when they made me do two seperate transactions, to still find an excuse after spending $300 more than the combined $110 vouchers…. Yet it gets better, we were not even allowed to redeem our 8000 points a further $25 voucher. What an absolute joke of a business model. Sales 101, treat people the way you want to be treated if you seek returning business. Today you lost more than one customer, including a very disappointed young boy, who enjoyed coming here for the experience.
