First experience with UGP and would certainly shop again, website is clear & easy to use, communication was good and equipment arrived on schedule.

Amazing price along with super fast delivery, I ordered 3pm on the Friday and my Gpu arrived just after 12pm on the Saturday. Also great communication via their Facebook page.
Added bonus is that they have Clearpay as a payment method, this made it possible for me to make affordable payments.

Very good, quick delivery, product well packaged and as described. Also, cheaper than pretty much anywhere else, on day of release. I'm glad I discovered them, maybe they should promote themselves more/better.

My order was late due to some issues with the planes delivering my product to my country so they refunded my delivery and when it did arrive I got it next day in perfect condition

I got the headphones as a birthday present and it had gaming paradise taped all around it so now my son doesn't have a surprise 🙄

The delivery of my product was a bit slow - but when I wrote an email to them, they were very quick and prompt at responding to my query! Their response was clear and gave a full explanation of why my product was late and apologised for missing me off their update email - they found out the whereabouts of the product on the day and got me a tracking number before close of play! It arrived within a week after it was expected - Matthew in particular was very attentive and helpful and I’d recommend him for an appraisal for his level of customer service!

My overall experience was excellent, product came quick and easy and was packaged with care. Having the option to spilt the total cost with Klarna or PayPal was the icing on the cake.

Will happily use Ultimate Gaming Paradise again.
