Really positive experience with Ultimate Attraction. The service feels personal and professional from the start. Zoe was fantastic friendly, approachable and genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for. A great option if you’re serious about meeting the right person.

This has been, without a doubt, one of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had. Transitioning from online dating to relying on a costly service should be a smooth, stress-free process.Initially, there were some minor issues, but these were amplified by incredibly poor communication and a noticeable lack of responsibility and empathy in resolving them.After discussing the situation with Kim, the customer experience manager, I felt assured that the misunderstandings and communication issues were sorted out, allowing us to proceed.However, just five days later, another email arrived with even more confusion, as the concerns still hadn’t been communicated to the matchmaker.This process was supposed to be easy, yet Ultimate Attraction turned it into a nightmare. Paying upfront for what should be a high-quality service seems pointless, as once they have your money, they don't seem to care about you as an individual.

Discrete, professional service. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the service they provide.

I am so pleased I found Ultimate Attraction and the use of a matchmaker as I was floundering on dating apps. This has been a different world and so much safer. I was being scammed daily previously. The matchmaking team are great - they have helped me such a lot. Give it a go!!

From the offset there were a few teething problems, this was escalated by really poor communication a real lack of ownership and empathy to resolve the problems.

After speaking to Kim the customer experiance manager I felt confident that the confusion and miscommunication was cleared up and we could move forward.

This was then followed by the next email 5 days later with yet more total miscommunication and the concerns hadn't been relayed to the matchmaker

This shouldn't have been a stressful process. But Ultimate Attraction have made it awful. Paying upfront for a premium service I wouldn't bother because once they have your money it's clear they aren't actually bothered about you as an individual just that they have had your money.

I was looking for a way to date without compromising my safety and I found the perfect solution with Ultimate Attraction. They exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would definitely recommend.

The service I have received has been exceptional, the kindness they have shown to me gave me the confidence to trust the decisions they made when recommending profiles to me.
