Booked in for my first free/trial clean and everything seemed good. The service was booked on a 4 weekly basis for £16 a time (small house) but after only 3 weeks they turned up again and wanted to charge me for it. I emailed to ask why this had happened and received an apology so I paid on the assumption it was an honest mistake. I also requested that my service be moved to a 6 weekly basis instead. Sure enough after only another 3 weeks, they came to clean again. This time they wanted to charge me an extra £1 and wrote on the slip that the next clean would be going up to £19.50. So I emailed again telling them I wanted to stop any further services as they had now turned up twice a week early and were charging way too much for the size of the house. Once again they apologised, agreed to keep the price at the original £16 and confirmed that they would have my schedule set to every 6 weeks. Low and behold, 7 weeks roll past and no sign of the cleaner. I've now emailed to cancel all services going forward, won't be paying them another penny and have found a reliable cleaner who can complete for £12!
Absolute rip off company. Don't waste your time.

I booked the first window cleaning, and of course, I waited in vain, they didn't show up during the agreed week, nor the following week. I would have been a regular customer. Very disappointing. I do not recommend this company!

Have used UKWindowclean for years, they've always been polite in person and via email. They've been flexible with only charging for the front windows (when I forget to leave the gate unlocked) and for changing the frequency of visits when my budget varies. Recommended.

Always polite and helpful with a first class service

The cleaning was good the way the cleaner gained access to the property was good using the agreed combination lock since we were not at home at the time. This brings me to my only complaint it would be nice to be given more notice of the cleaning not just a message the day before saying we are coming tomorrow make sure we have access to your property

Not sure about this company ive never seen them clean my windows. They leave a slip saying i owe £12 the windows are full of dust they have definitely not been cleaned

A great cleaning company who are easy to communicate with and always turn up when they say they will. They offer a wide range of services and are always more than happy to help.

Always great when all windows and doors are done. Doors do get missed on the odd occasion, I would prefer front and back doors cleaned on every clean.

I arrived home to beautiful sparkling windows and frames. I didn't expect the windows to be as clean as they were using a brush but the clean water system obviously makes a difference. Hardly any streaks. The windows haven't been cleaned for some time probably years, as I am a new owner so i didn't expect them to be as clean as they were. The price was very reasonable. I'd rather pay for a good job rather than paying less and not being happy. Window frames, doors were all lovely and clean. Very pleased. Thank you.

They provide a good service for doing the back of the house, due to limited access for traditional window cleaners with ladders. The company text you the day before they are due to clean to ensure access.
I didn't give 5 stars due to the company not informing you in advance when they are increasing their prices , and on occasions they do not turn up and you get a message either later that day or the following day.

The window cleaner arrives monthly he does his job, well, leaves me an information slip and leaves the property he always closes the gate, which I appreciate, as I have a dog and live on a main road. Overall I’m very happy, and payment is made through a bank transfer very convenient.

Good customer service .

Tried this window cleaning service twice now, and both times, the windows weren't cleaned properly. I received a text to advise that the windows would be cleaned week commencing 31st March, they weren't cleaned, so I chased up on the Friday, which I was advised there had been a delay with the cleaner and so would be done the following week. Not sure I would have been advised of this if I hadn't chased. I advised the cleaner that one window was quite dirty due to the position it was in, as I can't reach myself, the windows are cleaning with a brush and water, doesn't seem to be any sort of cleaning product used, the windows weren't dried, and when I asked if they were getting dried, the cleaner advised no as the water used is purified so it doesn't need it. Sure enough, the windows have marks from the water drying, I presume because the window was dirty as I'd already advised. As I've used twice, neither time was cleaned properly, corners of the windows missed, I've reached out to advise of my disappointment but not heard back as yet. Reasonable price but Unfortunately won't use again and won't recommend
