Good prices and excellent service. When I had problems setting up, I rang for advice and later I had a callback to see if things were working. They were and the results are excellent. Just short of residents to film now.
Items were delivered quickly and safely.

Bought the DIY nest box camera kit. Arrived quickly but so many adaptors and extension leads and very vague set up instructions. Eventually I got it working after buying a range extender antenna and a rechargeable battery. Then for reasons unknown the reciever stopped working and the battery wouldn't charge. Help line never replies. Eventually I got some help by email. I have now had all the faulty equipment replaced by a very helpful gentleman called Mark. Everything is working fine as I tested it today.

I didn't have a clue which camera I needed for my project. I contacted UKWC for help and Agnes responded to every question that I asked. I then purchased a 5310WA. Their price was better than other sellers and their long life batteries were also cheaper than other major retailers. I've had the camera for a few days now. The instruction manual is tiny, the writing is much too small for me, and the info isn't well presented. It covers the full range of cameras so quite a lot of the info is irrelevant, which you don't know having just bought your first camera. I found a better manual online which prints out in A4 size. The info on disassembling the camera is very poor and there are no pictures on how to do quite important things like putting the batteries in! I was afraid in case I broke it. Taking off the reserve battery pack wasn't easy as the two parts were stuck together on the sealing gasket. I have overcome all the practical issues now and am enjoying experimenting with the camera. It takes great pictures in daylight but I haven't quite resolved the white images taken in the dark yet. Overall I would say that the camera is good value for money. My buying experience was enhanced by the brilliant customer service I received when I didn't know what I actually needed.

Am so happy with this cam. We have been thinking about getting one for a long time to take when we go to the New Forest in our motorhome. Strange goings on at nightime in the garden, finding odd things scattered, and flowers trampled, prompted us to get one now.
We discovered the culprits are a family of foxes living under our wooden hut, where previously there were hedgehogs.
The camera is relatively easy to use but you do need to read the instructions well. A couple of nights there have not been any photos recorded although there has been activity, but that may be due to my ignorance.
UK Wildlife Cameras respond very quickly if you have any problems.
