Great service, good camera, battery life is very good.

Very positive experience. I had to contact them as the order was delayed (as sometimes happens and hence 4 stars), but they responded instantly and very quickly sent the camera out. The camera works well and as recommended by UK Wildlife Cameras staff. I would buy stuff from them again.

Back in early April we decided to purchase a trail camera and sadly we chose ukwildlifecameras.co.uk
The initial delivery was only half what we ordered. it took best part of a month and many phone calls and emails to get the rest.
When we had everything we turned on the camera only to find it did not work. More calls and emails before we finally got a response and they agreed it was faulty.
More chasing to determine when the faulty one was to be collected and a new one delivered.
More chasing via email and phone to find out what was going on.
We had a replacement (We think .. I did not think to take a photo of the serial number of the one we sent back) camera delivered today with no prior notification that there was to be a delivery. There was no note inside to tell us about it, but it's clearly been opened as there were things missing from the package that were in the original camera so we have no idea if it's new or repaired or a demonstration unit or anything else.
I've since found some bad reviews of this company online. Clearly I did not do enough research before placing our order.

Update.. I have been reminded that I was sent extra batteries as an apology for poor service in the initial order and when extra items were sent out. I have been told over the phone and now via email that it was a new camera.

Easy to order. Arrived earlier than expected with was great as ordered as a birthday present 🎁

I dropped my trail camera and after phoning and leaving messages to see if it was repairable I gave up and sent photos of the damage. This prompted immediate action, a call from them and when I ordered the parts they arrived very quickly.
So a faultless and helpful service but do so via email initially!

Although we haven't installed our Wildlife camera yet, we did have a bit of a blip with an incomplete consignment, a cable was missing but once I got in contact the problem was very quickly solved. I would certainly recommend UK Wildlife Cameras and will most probably order again.

Excellent turn around ordered just after 2pm arrived lunchtime next day.

Ordered a camera as a gift, which didn't arrive. I eventually chased the item and was told that it was a failed delivery; agreed to another delivery attempt. Second delivery was delayed in being sent and also didn't arrive.
Currently chasing a refund but yet to receive a response. (Found this website while wondering whether I should contact Trading Standards. Obviously not a scam, having now read other reviews, but definitely not a happy customer experience.)

UPDATE: This review triggered a quick response from Mark. I agreed to a third attempt at delivery and the package arrived this morning via DPD's next day service.

I purchased a WiFi bird box from the UK Wildlife Camera team back in September last year. The box and camera kit is top quality and the after sales support is great. Thank you!

The receiver was needed as a replacement and arrived promptly and well packaged. I had stated the required frequency and it worked straight out of the box, in time to watch the great tit youngsters fledge.

Very prompt service. The parcel came next day on free delivery. One minor issue is the PC setup. the user manual says find the enclosed CD, there was no CD in my box or visit the distributors website to download the link. I appreciate I am a geriatric technofobe, but it would be really helpful if you could include the link on your paperwork.

My first time shopping with UK Wildlife Cameras was a positive experience. There was a problem with my order, but this was sorted within 24 hours of being made aware of it. Very helpful and responsive staff. I will certainly use them again and would recommend others do too.

I've received the order very quickly and UK Wildlife Cameras kept me update during the process.
The website was quite useful to help me find a camera I wanted, being my first trail cam I was a bit overwhelmed with choices! Also helpful you can order the correct batteries and sd card all together so it's ready to go once you received it.

I bought the Ltl Acorn 6511MG 4G Trail Camera as a 40th birthday present. I left it quite close to the day to buy the camera. The product advice was fantastic, calls back happened promptly. The team were great at monitoring my order, letting me know how it was progressing and in making sure it arrived in time. Product is great, images very clear. All in all an incredibly good experience dealing with them and I would without doubt use them in the future.

My wife purchased a Trail Camera from yourselves for my birthday.
I have never owned a Trail Camera before and had great difficulty in working out how to use it. The manufacturer's user manual assumes a working knowledge of Trail Cameras and is written in poorly translated Chinese so was of little assistance. Initially I had some correspondence with Ereagle, the manufacturer who tried to be helpful, but I then realised that my phone was too old to service the TSCAMERA app.
I upgraded my camera, but was still struggling so phoned UK Wildlife Cameras. Very helpful receptionist who was unable to put me through to an adviser as the were all busy. I agreed that I would e mail instead, setting out my issues. This I did and had some constructive correspondence with Luca and we arranged a telephone conversation. This was very reassuring and helpful and I am now making good progress although still learning.
So all in all I have received very satisfactory service from UK Wildlife Cameras but it may be worthwhile considering providing very simple written instructions for beginners like me for some of the products you sell.
