Absolutely awful from start to finish. Ordered a camera in excess of £180. Advised shipped but didn’t turn up and had to get a replacement. Replacement received. Poorly packaged and did not look the same as what we thought we had ordered. No reply to emails or telephone calls. Returned product. They didn’t accept delivery so package was returned to us. Resent to a PO Box number and signed for. Still no refund and very little communication. Now seeking compensation via Barclaycard. Avoid at all costs.

UPDATE: Finally received full refund on 3rd May.

Easy to find what I needed, a replacement camera for our birdbox as old one had 'expired'. Simple to order and pay, delivery received promptly and product was exactly as described. Images are clearer and more colour correct than previous model.

Good service - and the "Wired SONY EFFIO CCD Camera ONLY SKU: QR0728" is very good quality - excellent in my bird boxes - very impressive in daylight and at night!

Excellent service, they exceeded our expectations by including extra cabling and fittings for our bespoke owl wildlife camera system. Everything went together exceptionally easy.

We previously bought a garden WiFi bird box camera system 2 years ago and have been thrilled with it.
Our camera did fail recently and support team sorted a replacement with no hassle with next day delivery service.

Very poor communication, twice I asked for technical advice never got any further than the very pleasant receptionist. I paid for their 3/4 day delivery it took six.
The goods I purchased were well wrapped and of the highest quality. Thank you for that

Ordered a trail cam on 4/5/23 to watch wildlife in the garden. Still can't use the thing on 30 June. First it took weeks to arrive. Then there are no instructions. Could be faulty for all I know as it only seems to switch on and off. Contacted them twice and no reply. Now got PayPal involved as I'd like a refund. Wish I'd bought elsewhere but the website gave me confidence. Should have read the reviews though.

8/7/23 - still no response despite asking for a refund a week ago. Avoid!

12/7/23 - offered £8 refund for faulty £92 item. Steer well clear of these

3/8/23 - full refund received and better communication these last two weeks.

Received item as described, what my disappointment was the communication which after placing the order was non existent. DPD delivered and I was not aware of the delivery date or whether the item had been dispatched. I paid the extra for an earlier delivery but again no confirmation it did however arrive within the time 3 to 4 working days.

Have used UK Wildlife Cameras before and am very satisfied with them that is why I have come back to them to buy other trail camera off them.

Had a few issues with the power cable so had to purchase a new one, the tech team were so helpful in providing advise, we now have our first BlueTit visitor but unfortunately no nesting yet.

Really informative communication. Great company and people to deal with.

I ordered the camera and birdbox as a Christmas present for my husband. I thought I'd probably left it a bit late. I needn't have worried as the gift came much quicker than anticipated, less than a week. There was also a lovely suprise of a box of maltesers with the order as a thank you. Nice touch.
The birdbox is very substantial and well made. I cannot comment on the camera yet as it is a present. I'm sure it will be fine when set up. Fingers crossed.

Item arrived very quickly, in time for Xmas despite Royal Mail strikes. Very good website with wide range, and loved the bonus Malteasers in our package!! What a lovely gesture. Would definitely use this company again and recommend.

It took a few days to get a response but the information on my missing order was accurate and I appreciated being contacted. It's rare to be told "it'll be with you in a few days," and that actually happened so thank you!
