Great venue in the heart of Soho, good size for the numbers of the people who attended. UKV staff very friendly and some of the relaxed presentations were filled with good information. Excellent wine and whiskey refreshment all afternoon. One minor negative, could do with a tad more food, but its a minor. Yep I had a good time.

Have had a smallish portfolio of wine for some 10 years. It has done ok but the last few years have been difficult with the market a little sluggish. However I have managed to release some capital and I have to say Mike Solle has been excellent throughout. He is patient, professional, understanding and most importantly honest. I continue to rely on him and if anyone is contemplating using UKV I would recommend contacting Mike without hesitation.

Really good experience with UKV, as they are forward thinking and innovative in their approach. The new warehouse and future plans are really exciting, but its the personal touch which I like. All at UKV are brilliant when you need to ring them, but in particular Harry keeps in touch with updates regularly.

Zack Sekha made the sales experience informative and easy, they work around your requirements. I am over the moon that I have made my whisky investments through Zack and the team at UKV International.

I have been invited to a number of events in London, but to date have been unable to attend. I'm looking forward to a trip to Edinburgh to see the new warehouse. I have yet to sell any whiskies as yet, but the valuations, on paper, look impressive!
Service-wise, I have been looked after extremely well, by Zack, Rachael and the entire team.

Admittedly reluctant at first, after coming to an event and selling my first whisky I have since built a decently sized portfolio with UKV and so has my Daughter. Many thanks to Lochlain for the help.

Didn’t see eye to eye with my first broker but management remedied the situation and I’ve actually made a bit of profit.

Really happy with the service communication. Alex triggs was great and nice to see my broker being featured online. Now to wait for the returns.

Seeing good results from my portfolio so far. Fantastic location for the event. Looking forward to the trip to the warehouse and my portfolio manager, Harry, always keeps in touch which is great.

Very helpful with the sale of some wines recently when I was in need for quick cash, An easy and efficient process which was well mapped out. The return could have been slightly better but the service was great.

Highly recommended! I have experienced great customer service from onboarding till today. Been using them for almost 8 years and have done very, very well out of it. Christmas cards and birthday cards every year and most importantly my portfolio is doing great. Thanks to all at UKV.

Many thanks to Zack, showed me the full cycle and although I didn’t quite achieve the return I expected, it was miles better than my other areas. Aside that, the client events and service is great throughout

The sales team are incredibly disorganised with a different person calling every other week. Their service is ruined by pressure sales techniques, which, are quite funny considering their incredibly limited knowledge of financial markets and mid term IRR.

I am sure if you got past this annoyance they might well be okay, however, with a crowded marketplace - why would you?

Disappointed by pushy salesperson.

Downloaded the UKV guide via LinkedIn and was subsequently phoned by one of their salespeople. Initially agreed to a follow-up call based on promise of more detailed information in an email. The more detailed information was essentially the same as the guide, reformatted so spent some time doing my own digging and concluded that this was not for me. Declined invitation with a polite note that this was not for me. Subsequently received a follow-up call from same sales person advising that note had not been received and who then went on to try to dismiss my reasons, going to so far as to use false equivalences in an effort to bend my will (and it really did feel more like a battle of wills rather than an attempt at affiliative persuasion). Eventually they hung up on me with a curt 'good bye' evidently having not got their own way. Even if I do decide to invest in Cask Whiskey in the future, I certainly won't be using their services to do so.

Thanks to Alex James for the turnaround and the sale of my whisky casks, impressive. Both me and my brother have so far enjoyed the journey I am currently on with UKV. updates are interesting and educational. 9/10 so far. Thanks again.

Thank you Zack, regrettably needed to cash in part of my wine in an emergency just before Xmas. received pretty much what I was anticipated. And thank you Rachael in admin also! Great customer service 9/10.

I have been investing with UKV for 6 years and I have always been happy with their service and knowledge. Rachel in the back office is always helpful and on the ball and gets things done. I have been fortunate to attend some client receptions in the past and it has always been an enjoyable experience. Fortunately, my portfolio is still gaining profit .
