I only joined what is now called U TV to watch one programme I couldn't find anywhere else.

I'd rather do my own dentistry than watch this 'streaming service'.

It's unstable and if it does run programmes are constantly interrupted by crappy adverts up to ten in a row, multiple times per episode!

How do those that own this platform think that its model will attract and keep viewers?

How can the paying advertisers think this is a good business model. It just makes us hate them and their products.

My dog isn't very bright, but could join the Board of U TV and do a better job than the current incumbents.

Adverts, buffering, freezing then more adverts.
Just not worth bothering with. Shame as good stuff on here, but literally adverts every 5 minutes, then it buffers and gets you watching ads again.

Not watchable any more. It used to be bad but the amount of ads seem to have doubled. While th adds are running you get a message eg 6/7 29 seconds, then you get to 3/7 and the time has increased again. I reckon a 60 minute programme has about 15 minutes of adverts. Owned by the BBC - hang on - don't we all pay the BBC a license fee - and most of us probably dont watch any of their programmes.

Surely there weren't such frequent ad breaks with 5-8 ads each break before the big shift to 'U'? Not sure I can be bothered to continue watching. What a shame as UKTVplay worked okay. I wonder if they're offering or going to offer ad-free for a fee. Getting tired of this game.

Poor so many adverts so many 20or 30 during a drama !!! Hard to continue watching programs poor

Good streaming service and I regularly enjoy watching the programmes but they have recently sent several emails telling me my account will be deleted as I no longer use the service! I sent numerous messages telling them I was a regular user all of which were ignored then my account was deleted regardless.

Start watching a series, after first bit goes into ads and comes back with no sound. Happened on house of Eliot and mad men. Tried deleting the app and trying again but can't resign as my email is already in use!!! Awful app.

Ive been going round in circles for about one hour saying my password has been used before and when I get a new password it says the same tging this is absolute rubbish neve r had this struggle before on my old tv giving it up as a bad job you ask for stars !!!!

Continually, continuing to 'Continue Watching!
There's occasionally a programme I'm interested in but, maybe I'm OCD, I hate that everything I've ever watched, even when I've watched it to the end of the credits, remains in my 'Continue Watching' list. Why can this not be edited? This is so basic! Won't be checking in again for the looooongest time - time enough to forget how irritating this flawed feature is.
