Took payment but didn’t ship order, raised dispute with PayPal and received refund.

I can't believe that this website still operates . It is a complete scam. You are led down a garden path to send money to a personal email account under the guise of saving money on fees to Paypal. You never get the item and your money is gone. Avoid.

TOTAL SCAM - STAY AWAY

First they are NOT in the UK or any way associated. First sign something was wrong was PayPal transaction was to a far-Eastern company name. When Googled they are in fact based in Singapore!
Unaware of this when ordering at the time, I thought I’d bought a printer. Got immediate automatic email saying my order was ‘awaiting fulfilment’ - or in other words, the item is not in stock or never was!!!!
Two e-mails over following month both went with no reply plus an online ‘Contact us’ on website also no reply.
Thank God for PayPal who immediately refunded me. Annoying to be scammed with the money gone to a non-existent company but sadly that’s the world we live in😡😡😡😡

FAKE COMPANY - DO NOT USE - FRAUDULENT
This company is a fraudulent set up and I have discovered they are criminals robbing us unwitting purchasers. Hope your purchase was on a credit card and you can get reimbursement or some other payment method that is covered by guarantee or law. Next time I shall check the company out on TrustPilot before I commit to purchasing.

Avoid this company as they are fake. I thought my payment had gone through on my credit card but then when I checked order status it was stating that payment was still awaited.

I got a little suspicious because there is no contact telephone number and no reply to the contact email. I checked with my credit card company to query whether the payment had gone through and fortunately it had not so a very close shave for me.

Do not pay anything to these people. You will not receive your ordered goods.

I can only echo what everybody else has said, but please avoid. I believed them to be reputable but I was mistaken. DO NOT USE

This is a true example of a modern robbery. I bought a printer 4 weeks ago, and I have not received it. I have contacted the seller many times, and no answer. A case was opened with Paypal I've got my money refunded 2 weeks after.

What makes things even worse, that Paypal has not closed that thief's account yet, and people are still getting robbed.

Wish I had checked Trustpilot before I ordered a printer 8 weeks ago. Got an email after 2 days saying the goods were shipped, then after that - nothing. No response to my website queries, emails or phone messages. Thank god for Paypal, who issued a refund immediately I told them of the problem. Avoid UK Super Discounts, they are not a genuine company. Why can't I rate them NO STARS, they don't deserve even one!

Don't bother purchasing anything from here, you will never get it.

I also got sucked in with a too good to be true tv offer. Then the emails with status changing, nothing changed though and after checking the reviews realised I had been had. Contacted PayPal and literally within half an hour had a full refund on the way. Long story short, I'm an idiot and PayPal are amazing.

I bought a printer using Pay Pal and was immediately suspicious when it said on Pay Pal that my payment would appear on my statement as something very different from UKsuperdiscounts (Trustpilot won't allow me to include the email address but it contained jomo and a three digit number) I immediately reported this to Pay Pal who cancelled the payment and refunded the money. Top marks to Pay Pal and zero to uksuperdiscounts.

A complete scam, daylight robbery. This site should be taken down immediately. Stay clear.

Scam. I bought monitor and package have been sent to Dubai. I'm living in UK. I opened case on PayPal and after minutes money been refunded.

Wow I had a lucky escape. I had purchased the item and the payment was pending. PayPal refunded instantly on my request as there was no cancel option on the pending payment. That's something to watch out for!

Money returned by Pay Pal day after order without explanation. PP has clearly had too many problems with them.

Do not use this site I wouldn't give it one star but have to for review, It took my money for a printer tells me it's been shipped in my account statement but no tracking number no info, This sent warning bells to me especially after I got no answers off my emails about where my item was. Luckily I used PayPal and got money back but they earned interest on my money for a month and I cannot buy other printer until money in my account which is going to take days if not over a week as PayPal is not very quick with refunds. I do not believe this is a UK site or Company as refund is off a Chinese person.

I fell for the scam as I was buying the US/Canada model of an item, meaning that I didn't have another website to check the price against to see that it was more or less 50% lower than what everyone else was offering (I only found this out once I identified the appropriate UK model that compared to the one I was after)

Scam. Address doesn't exist - even the postcode is false. Like others, I fortunately checked reviews first. A lucky escape!
