I never normally write reviews for places/things, but I feel compelled to do so for UK Storage as my experience with them has been absolutely amazing. The staff were all so very helpful, polite, kind and patient. The 2 ladies who mostly helped me were Mollie and Melvina. I cannot praise their customer service enough, especially in a day and age when many companies are so unhelpful. Mollie and Melvina were extremely professional, but friendly at the same time. Their assistance was so good it just stood out above any other company. Not to take away from their stunning service, but I did communicate with some other members on the team and all were the same - leading me to conclude that the level of recruitment and customer training at UK Storage must be exceptional. This is not the level of customer service that is normally experience in today's times. It made my experience wonderful and I cannot commend the team enough and just fell so compelled to write a review. An absolute 5 Star/Gold Service experience and I could not recommend enough.

The storage unit that we rented in Kidderminster was perfect for our needs, it was clean, easily accessed at any time of day or night, secure, and reasonably priced, what more could we ask for.

Unit was perfect for what I needed it for. Indoors, dry and secure. Simple process and with an easy to use app. Would highly recommend.

Mollie sought to understand my requirements and advice me on the options for my needs. She made an effort to get the storage I needed and clearly explained the conditions.

Mollie was just brilliant. Full of information and so helpful. Definitely recommend

Beware add-ons! They allow you to book without insurance, and then won't let you access the unit until you've provided insurance details - at which point you end up having to buy it from them to avoid wasting the cost of the unit you've just committed to. Deliberately misleading.

I arranged new storage in October with great discount and saving , I didn’t need it to start till December, had to rearrange it for January and they was very accommodating and moving my start date and keeping my discounts, very helpful and pleasant staff all willing to help every time I called, I didn’t need the storage in the end but I would recommend to any needing to use this company as it was amazing and so easy to do

Easy access and helpful office staff made for an easy move, I should only need it for a few weeks and I will see how convenient it is to end the rental. But 100% positive so far

I found the service to be excellent. Never having needed a storage facility before, I had to find somewhere to store furniture for a few months. The range of different sized units available made it easy to choose one for our needs. As we disposed of furniture it was easy to downsize to a different unit. The actual facility was very secure. There is an initial month discount which does then increase sharply. I did have an initial problem trying to access the facility for the first time as I had not been told there were various ID checks which needed completing. However, after that everything went smoothly. I have to compliment each staff member I spoke to (about 6 or 7) during my rental. They were, without exception, polite, helpful and engaging. The last person I spoke to was Jo but it would be unfair not to mention that everyone I spoke to gave a very good impression of the company. If the need arose, I would definitely use them again

Made enquiries on a unit - I had the initial interaction with a lady named Jo at the Fareham branch. She was fantastically supportive and I feel went above and beyond in her manner. I have subsequently called again, spoke to a different lady, equally as lovely and helpful but I forget her name (sorry).

Access times and location suited us. Response times to any calls to Central
Office were short. Service provided was always courteous and efficient. Access to the app to manage our let was convenient and useful. All in all we’d highly recommend UK Storage Company.

But its rather expensive after 12 weeks and almost double so doesn’t entice you to
Carry on for long as other local storage is a lot less

I had to arrange very urgent storage within an hour or so, having landed in Thailand and my storage situation changed. Choosing the right option was easy, booking was quick and the storage process for my family to help me was easy.

Contracted myself into the service this afternoon not knowing prior I would need to download an app to utilise the exorbitant service paid to access it(just giving any prospective customers a warning notification 💯) & now very concerned I may not access the service I specifically paid & signed up for ie reoccurring DD etc.

I’m a extremely vulnerable female of a certain age now & also was the sole Narcissistic Supply Victim survivor to a manipulative toxic NPD hellbent on destroying myself for selfish personal abuse reasons to the point of exploitative perpetual pathological lies, false smear campaign & the cruel Parental Alienation from my only God gifted child(since 2017). Due to my original landlord couple’s passing I have to quid the rental residence of 13 years by 18th December 2025 knowing I will have no access to shelter nor a bed to sleep tomorrow night(18th December 2025),

My current device is refurbished eBay purchases(not connected) & thus unable to access nor utilise any apps of any kind so it is very unfortunate & frustrating to find that I may be unable to access the storage facility I just signed up to prior to knowing beforehand 💯:(

Wholly regret giving them my custom in what was an emergency situation for myself(notice to quit current premises 18th December 2025 as I feel it is a service biz based on exploitation if their customer support is anything to go by.

Paid for storage yesterday 17th including a dd reoccurring mandate only to find the customer service team(during office hours, naturally) have completed ignored my repeated personal request pleas ie emails to access the storage in time(pre booked a limited time booked man & van business specifically only. Arrived shortly sometime after 18:00 ie prior to the 19:00 closing time to find it completely shut without access to the storage facility booked. It is also fortunate that the kind gentlemen removal team & cleaning contractor Simon was able to help us out with out of office numbers & also by calling on my behave ie I don’t have access to a device to call nor takes calls; mini device is literally a camera & when I can get Wi-Fi access via an indoor permitted dwelling ie eBay refurbished device sans SIM card etc.).

The chap I spoken to via out of office hours mentioned something about 24 hours access or 7 hours access(I foolishly assumed as I recall personally how shocked I was with storage rate charges - never had the inclination to use them before yet in an emergency situation… desperate needs etc. it was 24 hours at the rate paid yesterday). A request was made to look at the contract yet having checked UKStorage have yet to send & forward me one just a one page invoice yesterday 💯 To cut a long story short zero access tonight at all 💯😳

This seems to be a business service based on exploitation especially with the exorbitant price rates for storage & the absolute minimum letting time(let’s put it this way I couldn’t own , create nor represent such a business model as this specific uk 🇬🇧 based one as the internal moral compass wouldn’t allow me to profit from vulnerability of any kind - as a extremely vulnerable female myself I’m only too aware of the exploitative abuse times in society in England, alone 💯).

Now I feel trapped with a noose around my neck for committing to this specific exploitative storage service biz designed for huge huge profitable gains on one specific vulnerable customer, alone. I hoping my situation lightens soon as I, personally can’t afford to store all the contents of 13 years there & you can bet this is just the sort of exploitative business that would hound you for late fee charges etc. not to mention hefty extra extortionate rate charges 💯😳

Existed(certainly not lived & certainly zero real tangible memorable moments 💯🦀🤰🏻) & the local born & raised father I briefly spoke to in the park near Cranleigh Gardens prior pre global pandemic was spot on about locals not being friendly 💯 Since relocating here with the enemy(covert emotional trauma abuse NPD)in 2013 I feel the entire residency resembles felt like a prison sentence especially with cptsd I exist in & of course not been heard, seen, acknowledged nor supported as the sole Narcissistic Supply victim trauma survivor we are💯

Never felt more broken than I do today - I exist as an extremely vulnerable fifty something today with the deepest distrust for obvious reasons(a good character is everything, just saying)💯

Moral of the story : really connect, love & appreciate yourself enough(I didn’t 😳💯)to be aware of 🚩 red flag 🚩 behaviour signposts to not attract a certain toxic manipulative selfish type take advantage. Boundaries are everything 💯🦀🤰🏻🤱🏻

Visited the storage unit this evening to find my stuff had been intercepted

It was easy to arrange and use. The staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful and every worked as I hoped.

So we have a storage locker in their building in Milner Street Warrington. We have furniture stored in there for a house move that was taking place, including a large settee which we can't take down the stairs, on Saturday 6th December 2025. On arriving at the facility, the lift which takes us to the second floor where our locker is was not working. There are no other lifts which take us to where our locker is located. We contacted the company and were told they would reset it and we would need to wait 20 minutes. We did that and it still didn't work. Phoned them again and they said they would send an engineer out. We didn't hear anything else so I went to the locker on Sunday morning and it still wasn't working. My wife phoned them and they said they hadn't managed to get an engineer out. We said we had family members who were due to move into their new house the day before, and if it wasn't fixed today they would not be able to move and would have to move in with relatives. They were unable to help or give us any time frame as to when it would be fixed. We rang yesterday, they said an engineer was there, and that was the last we heard. I went down at lunch time, an engineer was there but he was adamant he wasn't there for the lift. I went in and the lift was still broken. My wife has rung again and there is still no resolution to this. My stepdaughter, her partner, their 2 year old little girl and their dog have now been with relatives for 4 days and still no indiocation when the lift will be fixed. The attitude of customer services seems to be they are not particularly bothered.

I called the centre and spoke to a lady called Joanne. Amazing and Jo made it so easy. I called around a few other storage centers and high and higher. Called uk storage and Joanne sorted out the deal and unit which was fantastic for me. Arrived at the unit. Really clean site with good security. Thank you again Jo.
