We have used UK Printing a couple of times now to produce name badges for events. I've always found their customer service to be very helpful and responsive, and plan to continue to use them. The badges themselves are good quality, with certified origination available, and reasonably priced. We were given a useful test preview for the products as well, to see if our design would work well. Would certainly recommend!

I waited a long time to receive my sample, which was already disappointing. I had previously called about the price, as it was much lower than expected. I spoke with R, who assured me the price was correct. However, when I went to place the order, the price had increased significantly.

I would have expected the company to honor the price I was initially given, especially considering it was their mistake, but they refused to do so. Unfortunately, the customer service was poor.

Vicky was a superstar with a last minute order requiring a 2-3 day turnaround. Vicky was able to get a production in almost immediately and arranged for delivery which arrived ahead of original expectation in time for our event. I'd highly recommend UKPrinting and would look to use them again going forward.

I have used UK Printing on behalf of the organisation that I work for. I usually order branded mugs. Each time I email the team I get a response within 30 minutes. If I place an order today, I will receive it within 48 hours - no matter how large the order is. The items are always high quality. This company is very efficient and reliable - I highly recommend their services.

Exactly what I ordered.

I approached a number of companies for a quick turn around of lanyards of a large order with custom print.
