Great products

I’ve been ordering from uk prepping shop for a while.
They are the most competitive in the market are there products tasty too.
Definitely recommended.

A positive shopping experience

The items I ordered were delivered very quickly, with tracking, and communication with UK Prepping Shop was top notch. All items were as described and I will be shopping here again.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. No tracking, despite saying "download the app to track", no info whatsoever not even the delivery day. So inevitably missed it and spent a day trying to track down the package and get it picked up. Still no response from these people, week later. Zero customer service! A total shambles, I'll not shop there again.

Product/Customer Service review.

The product that i ordered was as stated and of excellent quality, BUT have since sent 2 emails too their customer service. Just rwf the product that I ordered but have never received a reply . So this has let them down greatly especially as I intended to order more stuff.

Brilliant customer experience!

I placed my first two orders with UK Prepping Shop a few days ago. Based on their positive reviews I put my trust in them with just over £4k in orders and they delivered in spades!

The freeze dried tins/kit came in to stock within a few days [as promised] and were immediately shipped. All 99 cans arrived in perfect order, inventory 100% correct and very carefully packaged. My crossbow also arrived within 48hrs. Love it!

I have absolutely no complaints or suggestions on how to improve the service I received. As a side note, Justin was prompt to help and offered advice on three separate occasions.

I’ve found myself a new and improved store for my prepping supplies and I couldn’t be happier! I’d highly recommend you buy from the UK Prepping Shop! You won’t be disappointed 👍

Terrible service and staff

Terrible service. Awful company. Rude and dismissive staff/owners

I placed an order and received zero information about my order, no delivery date or time and zero updates. Which is pretty pathetic in 2022.
- Checked where my order was and was told I had to go collect it from parcelforce because I had “refused the delivery” - this was a 100% lie.

I am a disabled customer and am always home. I have not ‘refused’ any deliveries.

This company refused to help resolve this.
They began being very dismissive, rude, obnoxious and refused to do anything to help in anyway.

I told them I was disabled and that I cannot collect anything and they basically told me it wasn’t their problem.
Even if I wasn’t disabled it is their responsibility to ensure deliveries get to their paying customers.. ‘U.K. prepping shop’ do not care about their customers.

Obviously this is unacceptable and against basic consumer rights.
So I on this basis decided to cancel my order (that I still have never received) and requested a refund.
They quickly told me that I wouldn’t get a refund until I returned the order … which I haven’t got and have never seen or held.
I obviously explained to them that if I don’t have something and have never received it how can I return it?
The items are the companies responsibility until they are delivered.

- So, now they are just straight refusing to get their own items returned to them so they can refund me.
They are trying to hold me to ransom and say I have to go and get the items so that I can then send them back …. Which is obviously stupid.

Uk prepping shop are purposefully trying to make a disabled customer (me) that hasn’t received the order they made, go and collect an order that has now been cancelled so I can send it back to get a refund, when all they need to do (and legally have a responsibility to do) is contact the delivery company they contracted to send me the items to have the now ‘cancelled’ order returned to them.

Very disappointed and quite shocked at the behaviour of this company.
Very childish, unprofessional and foolish.

All it does is prove what I said as fact and I notice you decided to leave some emails out to suit your narrative here, so well done .

If you feel abused by a disabled customer that you have been rude and obnoxious to by breaking consumer law and my consumer rights then maybe you should reconsider the profession your incapable of doing.?

As everyone can see my emails are me replying to your obnoxious emails by explaining your job to you because you don’t know how to do it and are refusing to do it.
Even after repeating myself many times you still refused to do your job and you have now created this situation that will effect your company.

As I stated - I am not returning anything .. I did YOUR job and have got parcel force to return YOUR items because you are incapable of doing your job and you would rather create this situation and ruin your own business instead of doing the smallest thing like make a phone call that is your responsibility to make than treat people with dignity and respect.

U.K. prepping shop received their items back last Friday and I still don’t have my refund.

“When we get our products back we will refund you” - that was a lie !!!

I will be contacting the consumer ombudsman and trading standards over this.

So in a nutshell you need to collect YOUR item we have sent and you were not in and are refusing to collect, it will not be refunded until we have it back which if you dont collect may take a while."

And many more similiar abusive threatening emails, people can see who is lets say unhinged here!

Its not common to get such a strange abusive nasty customer - luckily its rare!

We will get it returned as you refuse it after not being home and send a barrage of angry strange emails, do not contact us anymore.

Looking at your reviews one just as nasty and another for purchase of smoking cannabis i can see why the very strange abusive emails..
Clearly not well sending non stop aggressive threatening ranting emails, i have asked you to stop sending emails to us its now harrassment!
Oh so you sent me dozens of abusive threatening emails but had received it...even odder now, glad your returning the crossbow I feel you shouldn't own one personally.

Great customer service at this store...

The reason why i am taking time to leave this review is because their customer service is excellent and for those who are new to prepping and need advice, this company will try and help you the best they can.

Also their prices are not inflated like some other stores, so that's 2 reasons to buy from them.
