I placed an order 29177 on 4th Feb, still not received, no one answering the phone... Is it a scam, seems like it.

Hi I spoke to Justin before I ordered the 2.0 cobra adder upgrade kit very knowledgeable about all he’s stock ordered it Christmas Eve came New Year’s Eve so super fast for the time of the year . Very secure well packed parcel .

Completely ridiculous. My dad ordered thinking it would come? He has the receipt and everything. Also, they've been ignoring his emails and his calls.

I will start by issuing an apology to Justin, at uk prepping for my previous reviews, After a lot of emails, with some waiting days for a reply, I did receive both orders, thanks.
I receive the 1st order placed today, a week later than the 2nd order, regardless, both orders contained everything I ordered, and after reading the reviews I did have suspicions as we usually do when our emails don't get a reply, apart from the time for delivery not being as stated on the website, and maybe being a little more informative to waiting customers, I would order again.

Crossbow and freeze dried ration packs.

Paid for next day delivery, the order didn’t arrive next day so I made contact only to be informed the items I ordered wouldn’t be in stock until the next week. I requested a refund and was informed it was going through. Now almost two weeks on I still haven’t received a refund and now Justin (Director) is ignoring my emails. Especially nice of this so called family man to take food off another families table just before Christmas. Avoid at all costs there are much more reliable, professional and trustworthy companies out there to choose from. I will be taking any action I can against this thief.

They sent faulty Cobra Aluminium Pistol Crossbow and offered replacement ( only a new limb I needed ) but never received it.

I definitely don't recommend this store.

I’m leaving soon on a 3 month trip to east Africa. I was getting concerned that the short wave I ordered wouldn’t arrive in time for my flight, Justin went above and beyond to get it to me. I definitely recommend UK Prepping shop and I will shop again. A great supplier with great staff. Thank you Justin.

Amazing service! Bought a few things in the May sale at a good price, on delivery one item was incorrect. One quick email and the right item arrived next day! The courier didn’t take the incorrect item and after another email UK Prepping said don’t worry about it - amazing! Will buy here again and would certainly recommend.

I bought a crossbow a Jaguar 1 deluxe with some other things, this shop is great. I had some questions before they despatched the products and they got back to me and helped me out with my query. This was over a bank holiday aswell. Several emails, had no problems. The crossbow is great, the 175lb draw weight is very powerful and takes alot of force to cock, after you've done it 4-5 times it gets alot easier. But if you're small framed or in your twilight years I would ask the shops advice first on the best crossbow to buy. To string the jaguar 175lb I found using the stringing wire 3 inches from the ends the best, then when cocked just feed the firing string through the end holes of the stringing wire before attaching it the crossbow. I didn't used the instructions for this part, lol (I'm a man), but it is a bit fiddly otherwise if you don't do it like this (but still haven't read all the instruction). For the battery for the scope (it goes under the big twisty nob), the instructions said you needed a screw driver so looked for a metal screw at first, which there is one on the bottom of the scope, that was my only little thing which slowed me up for a minute (finding a screwdriver), but in fairness there is a slot for a flat headed screwdriver head in the plastic cap for the battery anyway, but you can do it by hand, other than that the assembly of it went fine, and it works great. I will be using these guys again, for sure.

Purchused an item that was faulty.
Got in touch with customer service. They "apparently" sent it.
Been waiting for 3 months now.
I've asked for the tracking number and have been ignored every time i ask.
If I write anything else they respond.

They will respond with "we've sent it" Obviously not providing any evidence...

Will not be using or recommending them.

Highly recommend this company for all their outdoors equipment and crossbows.

Justin the director is very helpful I had some issue with one of my items and he went the extra mile to have it sorted very happy with everything best online store fast delivery and trust worthy all equipment sold high standard and quality!

Good company overall, packaged pretty well but the “professionalism” is lacking a little. Emails weren’t very helpful when a delay occurred, and there’s a small amount of rust on the screws for my bow? Not greatly impressive, but a great product nonetheless and it arrived safely. Solid 4 stars.

Recently made an order with these guys, despite myself not reading that they only ship to mainland England (I'm from NI), Justin was very quick to reply, very helpful, and was quick to come up with a solution that suited us both.

So far can't fault them at all, super helpful, especially as we were talking late on Christmas Day.

Since I only ordered today, obviously I have not received the order yet, however I'm looking forward to getting the product as I have no doubt it will be pristine.

Great products and really good prices. I've placed 4 orders in 4 weeks and received everything as ordered with no problems including 30 x 25 year tins. All came as ordered with no dents due to careful packing. Next day delivery works for me too. Thanks Justin.

This was the reply I got from a review and what they say in it is a lie anyway obviously butt hurt by it and can’t take criticism bad customer service .

“Hi Firstly UNTIL you send ID for the crossbow it wont be leaving us, you sent ID days later and then we dispatched, we had been emailing you for ID...nbot our fault there. We dispatch archery from a different warehouse for insurance purposes it cant be with our usual stock as a restricted item, sorry you feel the need to leave an inaccurate review.”

After all this they flagged my review I’ve sent proof that the dates correspond sent ID same day rude people

Easy to deal with. Price was good. Arrived in 3 days. Spoke to Justin, service was excellent. Strongly recommend.
